    Snap. Exactly the same happened to me, the second bottle arrived bang on the day. Spooky coz we switched about 6/7 months ago as well!!!!:beer:

    we used uswitch to see if we could get cheaper gas and electricity and we chose atlantic and this was 2 months ago, would we be elgible for the free bottle of champagne

    I switched in September and was becoming a bit concerned that I hadn't heard anything but it seems there is time yet.
    It should arrive just in time for Christmas!

    switched 4 months ago, called them twice - no joy, they just ignore such requests i think.

    Well no reply to the email sent to champagne@uswitch.com a week ago but recieved a reply yesterday to an email sent on 5th sept but still no champagne

    They are still being annoying and ignoring us despite emails and phone calls.

    I am getting really angry about it - they are rapidly losing credibility in our family.
