Problems with getting Uswitch champagne?

Got mine today - New Years Eve is sorted now!0

Well after writing to Mr Salmon CEO of Uswitch, the wheels of progress seem to be turning. The letter should have arrived at his office yesterday and lo and behold I received a telephone call yesterday afternoon. Obviously the letter would have been intercepted by hiss P.A. and passed to the head of customer services. She made lots of apologies and the promise of an extra bottle as compensation for my troubles, next day delivery was assured however I was not home today. So to cut a long story short, I was able to dictate my delivery date (tomorrow) and get two bottles instead of one. Happy Days!!!
I'll not hold my breath though.
Fingers crossed.
Keeping you posted.

I'm still waiting... no contact from them since 1/12 - they are busy discussing yet another delivery date with Direct Wines (so I'm told).
Think I will mail your man Mr Salmon!!
Good luck though Kenny!

After many months of excuses and false promises the courier delivered 2 bottles of Champagne today.
My advice to those who are still waiting:
Forget emails.
Forget telephone calls.
Forget Jevon Cato.
Forget Customer Services.
Forget their excuses.
Forget their false promises.
Forget patience and understanding.
Make Uswitch accountable for their mis-handling of this fiasco.
Go straight to the top and drop Mr Salmon a line.
All the best.

Although I received my champagne with a compensatory free bottle on Wednesday, today I also received a written reply from the Uswitch CEO Andrew Salmon. He is obviously now aware of the issues and put the head of customer services in charge of my delivery. Well credit to her she came through with flying colours.
Mr Salmon included her contact details in the letter, so if it helps those of you who are still waiting, here they are:
Heidi Cook
Tel: 0800 404 7908.
Good Luck.

OK folks, I hope Uswitch are now getting up to date. I've been doing some behind the scenes talking and to be fair to them - there is no intention not to get people the champagne. How do i put this politely, this have been more a question of poor delivery (if you forgive the pun) than poor intentions.
There's a new system in place for new champagne people that should make it more simple.
Thanks to Uswitch for posting on here.
