An action can be seen as acceptance of contract.
Car insurance can be deemed as agreed by voice other the phone ro payment on the internet. these are actions to confirm acceptance.
If I went to my dentist/barber/plumber I have accepted a contract by accepting their services. Your first hurdle would be to prove I accepted yours!
Car insurance contract can be made over the telephone yes but it is asked for, offered, and agreed by both parties!0 -

Ok so the landowners loss would be construed of my hourly fee of £10 for the preperation and appropriation of a solicor, Legal documents and my time for the attendance of court. This would then be more than the ticket was worth and is exactly how PPC's would avert to if they were made to charge just for losses
Yes but the intial figure is to pay £60+ before any court costs etc, so for example your p/d charges say £2 an hour, how do you justify the penalty you are trying to charge, and lets face it , it is a penalty!
On the pay and display charged, what is your cut? And where do you make the most money, invoices or p/d tickets ?Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

No, what I'm getting at, if it's a free car park, then the loss is nil. If it's £1.20 per hour and I'm 10 minutes over, then the loss is 20p, so you bill me for 20p. If I don't pay then you take me to court and the various costs incurred in that are then add on.
To penalise me by anything from £50-£100+ for 10 minutes, is unjustly high.
(and I'm not talking about your 'ethical' PPC. I'm talking about PPCs in general).0 -

The cut per site varies on the set up and so on. (who pays for the machine do i pay rent yadadadadada)
I would rather issue 100 hours of P+D @ £1/hour than i would issue a single ticket.
Also P+D generate revenue from them little ads on the back. Prices for ads vary from £80-£200 per 1k tickets.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
