Does anyone know of anywhere that sells William Morris Eyewear in London or online?
I have the frame model number but haven't been able to find them anywhere.
My local opticians are charging £190 for frames and single lenses and I'd like to shop around...0 -
Which highstreet optician is better?
Vision Express or Specsavers?0 -
Hi all,
Having been recently paid what for me on a tight budget is small fortune for a pair of glasses at specsavers, which i now dont even like the colour off - after being advised by the sales consultant they suit my.....hmmm, maybe because they were more expensive?! How silly was i at the time.....
Anyway after reading around, i decieded to order glasses from glasses direct. The catalogue i ordered came within i couple of days, and ordering the glasses online coulnt be easier. Especially as you can view yourself in the glassses before you buy online. The intructions were clear, and so many frames to choice from. The price of glasses with lenses is staggeringly cheap, starting at £15!! and postage so low.
Anyhows, just thought i would share this with you all.0 -
mmmm.its that strange guy again, sharing about his own company...0

I have used quite alot of sites, but the best I have come across (and cheapest) is https://www.goggles4u.com the glases come from pakistan, and are £15.00 del free, loads to chose from, and I do mean loads of different styles etc, once you have ordered they arrive apporx 1 week later, and if you order any more you get a 15% discount off every order.
You really cant go wrong, Ive ordered atleast 5 pairs from them as I get bored with glasses, and was fed up with paying £100 plus every time.
If anyone wants to order I also have a 5% discount code somewhere for 1st order.
hope this helps someone

Yes I have ordered from them recently. The frames were fine but I was disappointed with my lens, I had hoped having the thin lens put in they would not look so strong, but I think they do. I would say if you are not very short/long sighted they would be fine. They were very quick at answering my queries. My prescription sunglasses from opitcal4less were much better regarding the lens.0 -
After months (nay - years!) of indecision - I eventually took the plunge and bought my specs off the internet. It actually wasn't a bad experience, despite my reservations! I won't bore you with the details as they are already here - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=4891629#post4891629. Suffice to say, I will be repeating the experience in a couple of years!0
