Tesco.com says no to deliveries in Scotland

i ordered from amricansweets on 2nd December
still waiting theyre blaming parcel force, but my contract is surely with them?
my tracking code still sitting saying due date 10th Dec.
Teco direct not taking scottish orders anymore either.
i switched from Tesco home deliveries last week to Sainsburys to many probs,
hope Sainsbury ok

Contacted Amazon -useless -the girl couldn''t even pronounce the name of the dvds (one was Nanny mcphee!) all she kept saying was to wait till the 20th !!!
I ordered around the 4th !
I have emailed them too -BUT there website is down on the help part, can''t find orders to go back too .
Sent a general email saying wheres my stuff -this was earlier today -no reply !
I am sick of them and spent a fortune with them over the last few months .
Will be going back to play after this fiasco !

oh pants! I'm waiting on a M&S Hamper for some Christmas goodies, and it is meant to arrive tomorrow...just checked my tracking and its still sitting in the depot in northampton or somewhere darn sarf.....!!
I've got the majority of my presents for my nearest and dearest, this was just a little treat for me.
Hmmm the waiting game continues...

The trouble is if your parcel is in the backlog its low priority as its already misssed its target so new items get priority

this lateness is not all in scotland! its country wide. i am waiting for parcels from amazon and loads of other places, like play.com etc my asos parcel took 9 days from despatch to get to me, we havent got snow in over 100 miles in any direction! all parcels that have been delayed are with royal mail. all couriers are still getting here despite travelling 60-100 miles from their depots.

Update..ASOS Delivery of GHD's ordered on the 3rd(or was it the 2nd?) Dec,arrived earlier today. ..that was their original delivery date anyway cos i opted for free savers delivery...just need the bag ordered on the 6th to arrive and im sorted(well apart from Estee Lauder perfume from Amazon,but not worried about that cos its a wee treat for myself)
Thankyou to my postie for his unexpected Sunday delivery and for having the insight to leave my package between the back wheels of my car in the drive(we were out in OH's car when delivery arrived),Posties quick thinking saved me a treck to the sorting office.Heres to our Posties--

my postie is great too, he always leaves my parcels somewhere if i am not in. only the relief guy takes them back with him grrrrr ha ha

I had an Amazon order dispatched on 25 November, still hasn't arrived. I contacted Amazon and they said they're just assuming it's lost in the post so are refunding me. They're going to e-mail me in a couple of weeks to confirm it hasn't turned up before they put in a claim with Royal Mail.

Other stuff ordered after that has turned up though.
