  • i think it has to be him that claims as it was him that was working.

  • i have filled out the form and sent it off, just waiting now!
  • Hiya everyone. Just wondering how long it took to get a reply about these claims. We sent form and P60 off on the 3rd november recorded delivery but haven't heard anything yet.
  • I heard about this one from a work colleague today so I rang the agency concerned. They are a firm of accountants offering to sort out any possible claim for you in return for £94 of your well earnedc ash. I asked why I should bother paying them to do something I could do myself and they said it's "their business". If you ring your tax office with you NI number they can check within minutes wether or not your entitled to make a claim. If you tax code was not changed in 2002/3 to allow for the new tax credits then you could be in for some cash. I rang my tax office and found that my tax code had changed in 2002/3. It's got to be worth a call though. It's an 0845 number though so dont forget to "saynoto0870"

Hi sahoughton, I've moved your thread over to the 'Tax Credits' sub-board :)

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies.
