I didnt need to fill in a form, just wrote a letter and they checked whether we had received the credit or not and replied. Had to wait nearly 6 weeks for a reply though!

My letter was sent on 22nd Feb - phoned the tax office yesterday and the lady I spoke to said that they were dealing with post for 28th Feb so should be in the pipeline and that she would pass my query on to customer services who would phone me back - but it would take up to 48 hours!!!!! So still none the wiser

My son was born in Dec 2002. I worked for an agency throughout the tax year 2002/03 up until Nov 2002. After that I was on smp. Would I be entitled to make a claim for this too?
