My transaction (thru TCB) tracked no worries but I did my in laws transaction (deal with all their utility bill needs, lol) thru Quidco and surprise surprise not tracked. My ma in law is on with EDF at the moment and the CS rep she's talking to has never heard of the request for the contract number so is going to ask around and get back to her. Does it definitely begin with a 9?

Edit: She's just got back to ma in law and now states the number is a 9 digit number and doesn't start with a 9?? Gave her a 9 digit number beginning with 1505. Any ideas?

This is what Quidco are asking for:
Could you please provide me with your EDF Energy contract number in the format of 98270016

    Perplexed...

Hi Milli.....I rang EDF they gave me a contract number (10digit) beginning 2...said '9' was for the "old computer'".
Received the welcome pack just now ,contract number (12 digit) mentioned is totally different starting with 6 and is the same number set up for the bank DD.
Bit of a result in that they say welcome bonus is ON and TCB say cashback confirmation could be weeks. Half a Merry Xmas anyway.

p.s....EDF has also given me start dates (late Dec/ early Jan)and ridiculous amounts for gas and electric, presume I have to adjust these when online at sometime. In the meantime they will contact my existing supplier and agree meter readings, and to stay with SP until then.
So looks like double direct debits for a while.

Got my contract in the post today - tells me dual fuel start date for Gas will be 6th January, 29th December for electricity, so that looks all OK. Topcashback had tracked right away.
I don't know if anybody else has mentioned in this forum (I have looked but can't find any reference), but v7 is now pulled - they have v8, no welcome bonus or cashback :( I was about to recommend it to a friend!

If anyone wants v7 they can call EDF. Of course there will be no cashback and I don't know if the welcome bonus is still available.

I rang them - mainly to confirm that I would get the welcome bonus even though the transfer for the gas doesn't go through until January, but I also asked whether v7 was still available as I wanted to recommend it to a friend. The person I spoke to asked me to hold while he verified the situation (presumably with a supervisor), and then I was told that it's no longer available.

That's not what it says on this page.. http://www2.savetodaysavetomorrow.com/DualFuel.html at the bottom in the notes it says

Initially signed up online back on Nov 22. Received an confirmation email straight away. Quidco also tracked the £80 bonus. Heard nothing since then so I decided to ask a rep last Sat using the live chat feature. They said their systems had a problem on that day and so couldn't find my application and asked me to signup again. Received paper work today together with my account number, my electricity will transfer over on 8th Jan with gas on 16th. Paperwork also confirmed I would be on the Online S@ver 7 tariff.

Wheres the Live Chat ,i couldn't find it???
