Just had an email from EDF to request " you are now due for your next meter readings" :eek:
I can only enter gas and not electric readings :mad:
they have not even given a final electric reading to my old supplier yet they want to bill me already !! :T :rotfl:

cbrpaul I had that and I just submitted the reading the same as the final reading on changeover .
If it is any consolation I think your changeover is following the same route as mine but yours seems to be taking a bit longer .
I am sure it will all be sorted in the end0 -

My Topcashback became payable yesterday. Gas went live today and I've been able to submit a reading which now shows online. But no sign anywhere of the electricity readings, or indeed of an electricity account at all.
And still have 2 account numbers even though I'm only supposed to have just 1.
Glad things are sorting themselves out for some people. Sorry to hear that macman and cbrpaul are also still having problems.0 -

That's weird cuz in the majority of cases it's the gas going over second... I wouldn't mind so much if we all had the SAME issue but for some ppl some things have worked/not worked, and other ppl it's the other things... =SI work for first direct and have previously worked for Santander.
Any information I give should not been seen as being given from first direct or Santander however I do have certain knowledge from working there.
