Broadband packages have come down so much in past few months, so fraustrating as stuck with virgin for next fews months till contract ends ah well I look forward to making savings next year and some cash back too when the contract expires
But you'll need a BT line first (if you're on VM cable). No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
make sure to speak to them if you use them as they have lowered all packages in anticipation of this new infinity. as a result i now get unlimited broadband for a few quid less than i was paying for 10gb (£12.99)
as far as im aware they arent advertising these changes. Just give a ring and make sure you arent paying too much
Thanks all0 -
how's BT customer service so far? The reason why I stopped using them 3 yrs ago is because I always get frustrated everytime I rang their customer support line, if not listening to a computer aided voice for 30 minutes, I will be passed on to a customer rep who either doesn't know what am talking or not being helpful at all. Hope they are better now, but the stigma still remains, thus, I opt to choose another provider inspite the fact that BT had better offers...0

Are these "reduced prices" for LLU areas or do us poor non LLU people also get a better price? I am currently on £12.99 for Option 1 but can renew now and would prefer option2.0

Its a good offer but only 10gb monthly usage allowed- no use for me downloading more than that. Its good for low users though.

I can confirm non LLU customers benefit too. I had Option 1 at £12.99. One quick phone call and I now have Option 3 + free anytime phone calls for the same price. :j0
