This thread has reminded me - I ordered a Keratese set (only 4.25) and the money went from my Paypal account on 26/11.

I've opened a dispute with LookFantastic so will hopefully get a refund!

I sent a message complaining yesterday that I have only received one of 5 orders - they replied this afternoon and have refunded 2 of them - they say they are looking into the rest (Code misuse and all that jazz)

I was quite surprised to get a reply after reading some of the posts on this thread!!

had 4 cancellations but 2 order still elusive! i know i went a bit mad but i really wanted 3 of the orders anyway lol

Mine has finally been delivered (redken set) :T
However will not be ordering from this company again, which is a shame as they have some great prices without using a voucher however their customer service is not very efficient and delivery is too slow.

Apparently even though mine was over £5 it has been cancelled because people were abusing the code. I should get a refund soon, although I can't see why it can't be instantly as i paid with paypal.

Ive had my 3 orders cancelled! I actually did recieve the code through the post so slightly disappointed!
