What it boils down to is that they don't want to send out the orders and when I emailed them, over a week ago about this I was assured any cancelled orders would have been refunded byu now and items that were to be delivered would be delivered.

I used to buy my Kerastase from there, well not anymore for the sake of a few small items? Terrible customer service and I think many will agree.

Have filed disputes with paypal and will be submitting a review of my experience on the review sites.

Why were orders being cancelled, is this because of the use of the code? I made an order on 26/11 and have still not recieved my items, but the money has been taken out

I dont see how they can call it miss-use. There was not minimum spend and you were able to use the code repeatedly on the same account. We, as the customer, have done nothing wrong!

I'm disgusted at the 'customer service' (term used loosely) here as well. I'm ashamed that just last week I was praising this website as one of my favourites - won't be touching it after this. If they wanted a minimum spend they should have specified one! I say we all file PayPal disputes, up to 30 days for a refund is absolutely ridiculous when they were oh-so-quick to take the money from us to begin with! I won't be spending another penny there - no exaggeration.

after reading the above, I am going to file paypal dispute as well, was trying to give them a bit of time to clear backlog but not after all your comments - they too have ignored an email sent, so paypal here I come! (do they not realise that dealing with the paypal issues is going to take as long as dealing directly with us!)

They have now agreed to send out my item so it might be worth emailing them if you only made one order.

As OP for 2nd thread just wanted to let others know I've received one of my orders this morning. It wasn't a freebie (none of mine were) so don't know if this makes a difference. I have 3 outstanding and am not panicking yet as I've always found them to be quite good.

i am more annoyed that they have taken the moeny out of my bank a week ago and heard nothing about my orders. grrrr and i have contacted them through their website and heard nothing

I'm glad some people are receiving orders but even if they do arrive I wont be using them again, as mentioned before we as customers did not abuse a code, we may have placed more orders than we would have done due to the discount but I wouldn't say using a no minimum spend code was abusing it.

In fairness they did explain that they were investigating accounts and deciding on how to go forward on an account to account basis, but they had said that items would be sent within a week, which hadn't happened, I have received a refund for one order so in theory the rest should have been here by now.

I have filed disputes with paypal, which could have been avoided telling people what the situation is now instead of a general email which makes me feel people are being dismissed. They have willingly taken our money and are very reluctant to sort it out.
