I filed a dispute -- do you go ahead and escalate it to a claim right away, or wait to see if lookfantastic will respond (which doesn't look likely)?

I think there must be a problem with this company.

I have sent several emails requesting information about my order and have not heard from them.

I have also telephoned and left messages.

How long until you can log a complaint through Pay Pal, about two months I think?

There are some adverse comments if you do a web search as well.

the hut took them over in novemeber maybe they are having some teething problems?

My order was due for delivery Saturday, got the email with tracking number and said it had left the depot but not arrived yet ..

You must have ordered same thing as me - redken set, they got back to me if you look afew pages back in the thread, i paid by debit card.

Yep - they've just emailed me today with the same email you got. So I guess now we wait and see whether they send or refund?

That's it - the waiting game now :rotfl:
You will get another email in afew days saying it's been despatched with a tracking number. It said in the email it will tell me what hour slot i will get but it didn't.. due for delivery Satuday.. and it never arrived, waited in all day

Will give it until Wed/Thur then email again.

I didn't escalate straightaway, think I'll give it 24 hours or so to see if they respond.
