Did you call lookfantastic before filing the dispute with Paypal? They took 5.50 from paypal more than two weeks ago, but haven't sent the item or responded to two emails. I tried to call today, but their offices are closed. I'll try to call Monday unless you already tried that and got no joy.

I understand companies must take a hit on these codes when they don't put a minimum spend, but I used a code mailed to me fairly and squarly, and it's their fault if they didn't have a minimum spend (not to mention I still was paying 5.50 rather than getting something for pennies). At this point they have just stolen my money, and I'll never do business with them again. And I had ordered from them before when there were no codes.

Now decided to send an enquiry message as to where my items are, and if there being sent out. I don't hold much hope, but if there's no a reply... paypal dispute it is!

Just had email to say they are experiencing problems due to "misuse" of their voucher offer & my money will be refunded -then had email from paypal to say money back in bank account.

No comments at all on there from customers?

Will NEVER use them again and am going to file a Paypal dispute and get my money back ... Its NOT looking fantastic at all!!!!

This is absolutely shocking - I just emailed them the other day to see where my items are.

I didn't get the order sent from he £2.00 off code - paid 95p toward that, on the 22nd November I think..

Then I made a couple of orders with the £2.50 off code, paid 50p toward them, all for the same item - they sent me 1 of them, have taken all the money of course!!

Fair enough if they had emailed and said that they couldn't honour the orders because it was misused or something but to take the money and just not bother contacting nor sending out items paid for is just shocking. Will definitely NOT be using them ever again!!

Actually you did abuse the code. The code was from an insert that they put in to a parcel when you order from them so if you didn't receive that code yourself it's abuse of it. I ordered many with a different code sent to me in a previous package they all turned up within the next two days probably because I was a regular customer.

I made an order on the 26th of November which I am still waiting for, I used the parcel insert code that I had received from a previous order. I contacted Look fantastic last week, they replied the next day to say the order had been sent that day and should be with me soon, this was almost 2 weeks after the order was made.

Yes yes. I abused the code, so that means that Look Fantastic are allowed to take my money and not send the items...erm no
