    Which arrived less than an hour after I'd submitted my initial email. You can't get through on the phones either. Absolute rubbish.

    I made an order on Dec 1st (nothing to do with this code) and I still havn't got my order and their customer services are not replying to my emails. I havn't had a despatch email or tracking info so I don't even know if my items are on their way.

    Used them alot in the past and havnt had any problems. Heard they were recently taken over by thehut group too :-/

    Email i just received.. my item was £5.75 so i guess they mean anything totalling under £5 has been cancelled.
    I'm appauled!

    hmm i am very surprised that they have actually taken the payments from our banks if they havent actually got the stock!

  • How can they be unsure which items will be sent and which ones will be refunded.. the whole email is badly written to be honest.
    And there wasn't a minimum spend, i still have the voucher right here in front of me !
    Why send it to customers and then amend the terms of use. Awful.
    I don't think we would have received a refund or items without contacting them. How can it take a company 2 weeks to respond about an order and still not give a straightforward answer.. bad customer service..
