New Lookfantastic Code £2.50 off no min spend exp 30/11/10

They've got my money and haven't sent my order, either. Just emailed them today, we'll see what happens. I think they were displeased about everyone using the first code, and now have over-compensated and are reluctant to send anything, even if you're paying a decent amount on top of the coupon you received with an order. I don't care, they can keep their item as long as they refund my money.

Says on their website items are delivered within 48 hrs - i'm still waiting for something i've ordered on the 22nd & the 26th
Used the £2.50 off on one of them and paid £2.75 for the item. I've emailed them but no response.

I've received the Denman brush that I ordered on 26th November, but not the Redken travel set that I ordered the same day. Have had to email them as their phone number doesn't let you hold for an operator.

I ordered the Redken set too! It's still avaliable on their website..

i have recieved one of my items out of 6. that was last week when my money for all items left the bank. was assuming the others were on their way but they normally email with a despatch note and nothing for the 5 left so far. has anyone had any replies to their emails or phone calls?

I've received 2 of my items which I ordered from Lookmantastic but still waiting for the others from Lookfantastic. Have emailed (last week) but not had any response. They took the money straight away and still send me emails trying to get me to order but no items :mad:

Money taken from my account too and I'm still waiting, but not for the redken stuff. I ordered moisturising gloves, lip balm, rollers and two bath salts. I did wonder if the delivery had been delayed because of the bad weather here. The post has only been delivered once this week but that was to bring an order from HMV which I made ages after this one.

i would say its not the bads weather as we ahvent had snow at all and i havent had mine lol

p.s if anyone wants to push the snow west, i would be really grateful

I'm still waiting for orders from the first code and the last code, when I asked where my orders were they just said they are investigating around 500 accounts and once they complete the investigation they will cancel or send out the orders. Very unprofessional, I understand we used a code which they should have put a limit on but at the end of the day we are customers and should be dealt with in the usual 48 hour timeframe. I am a regular customer with them and due to the way they ahve dealt with this I shall be voting with my feet on this one and taking my business elsewhere
