Both my orders cancelled - one of them today, so they've had my money quite some time and I'm still waiting for refunds. Will NEVER use this company again.

How did the refund work, did it just pop up in paypal? Paypal long ago resolved this in my favor, but the money never showed up. I tried to contact Paypal, and none of the forms they have fit this problem and I know from past experience calling them is useless.

I just called lookfantastic and got a recording claiming they were busy on other calls, but then instead of putting me on hold it sent me to an answering machine -- which is to say, they aren't dealing with any complaints. This is really annoying and makes me realize how untrustworthy Paypal is, too, because they in no way really ensure you aren't cheated and they provide no customer service.

Let's hope all you people who abused the code have learned your lesson,though i seriously doubt it.
You know full well you should not use them, yet you still go ahead and use them and then have the nerve to cry about them taking your money.

Might be worth reading the thread before alleging abuse of code. This was a no min spend code - no restrictions. Except the retailer hadn't thought about how they were going to fulfill orders when everything went out of stock.

You said yourself in one of your posts treacle,the code was sent to you specifically with one of your orders, therefore the code was for YOU to use not for everyone else!
Also there are members on this thread who have admitted that they abused the code,maybe you should read through the thread again.

Yes it was sent to me - it was not unique and there were no T&C's restricting it's use. LF realised later they messed up and couldn't fulfill orders. However myself and many others did get their orders honoured.
