if you use MCOL to issue the claim, then it will probably be Northampton courts - i just issued 2 claims on the halifax on 2nd 4th, and they just settled both out of court - not before telling me they were due to defend my claim.
 7k claimed back in total.0

Thanks ahall, just in the middle of looking this up for him.
Well done on your claim:A Tomorrow's just another day - keep smiling0

If you use MCOL to claim. Your claim starts in Northampton, but if the bank enters a defence, it will be transfered to your local county court. This is the court you put on the letter, not Northampton.

You don't need to contact the bank. Just send the next letter. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Thanks for that. I understand it's the small claims note . Looking at this I will then input the charges and the spreadsheet works out the interest. Do I contact the courts first as I am unsure whether I have to pay the £120.00 as I am claiming JSA and WFTC/TC. Any help Rex would be fab.
 Thanks again:A Tomorrow's just another day - keep smiling0
