Which letter did they refuse on? I'll pop this in the Halifax thread and you'll read of plenty of people who have initially been refused and gone on to issue court proceedings.0

Would you mind telling me what contact number you used to telephone them. I signed an acceptance form for the amount they offered me nearly three weeks ago now and still haven't heard anything from them so just want to chase them up but there are so many telephone numbers and departments!

I have done the first letter, and i was told they were within their rights to charge that amount.
Am going to write the second letter now, am not going to give up on this0 -

quick question, using the 2nd letter template from the thread, where it says insert court name, I am assuming this will be the county court I lodge my proceedins with.
Can anyone confirm this??0
