I have the recorded delivery receipt, confirmation from the PO that it was delivered and signed for, and a copy of the letter. Thx!0

I presume you used your PC to write it - didn't you save a copy? I wouldn't have left it 3 weeks. If MINT haven't replied to my first letter on 3 May (14 days from the date of, and as mentioned in, the letter), I will send them a copy with a brief covering letter dated and posted on that day. If you specify a timetable, keep to it - nothing shows them better that you mean business. I know, in my previous life I was on the receiving end of customer complaints for over 20 years. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0

Alrighty then you have all the proof you need right there. Send photocopies ( not the originals) of all of that stating that as per your original request that you expect prompt receipt of their response.
I apologise for saying in the first post to you to send the SAR again. I've been replying to posts all over the forum and had a slight brain fart there regarding a previously answered post.
Good luck0 -
No problem:
Halifax plc
Customer Relations
PO Box 548
Leeds
LS1 1WU
Badger.
Hi Badger - do you know if that's the address to use to claim back Halifax credit card charges as well? It's the only one I could find on their website, but I wondered if they ahd a separate one for CC's...
Thanks,

Hi,
