Can you confirm that the trinity road address is the correct address to send the letter requesting charges.

And, should it be addressed to anyone/department in particular?
  • you go on like we all deserve the charges you put upon us,i would like to know why you think the penalty charges are fair, why you think that people who are struggling already, for you banks to steal of the poor,i am poor ,not because i chose to be but because my ex husband left me to bring up two children for 13 years on my own one of whom had autism ,i have had no maintenence either,so i have struggled to make ends meet, half the time i dont eat,you banks have stole money of the likes of me and others in the same boat,in this world the rich get richer, the poor get poorer because of the likes of you banks,i am taking halifax to court for £2,000 which they say they will defend in court,i want them to go o court,i want the whole world to see what they are ,theifs, but i expect they will chicken out,but im a fighter ,i wont let it happen,i will refuse any offers now,i want to sue ,for the worry and hell ive been through, see you in court halifax, stick your money now,i want justice :j

I am going for the Trinity Road address.

Does this seem right to you?

    Many Thanks

    Julie
  • I agree, go get 'em....

 I have just read the most thought provoking article -http://www.laleva.cc/economy/economy_greaves.html

"...entire economies are effectively run for the profit of financial institutions. This is the real power, rarely recognised or acknowledged, to which all of us including governments the world over are subject".....

"Every time you make a purchase, you are making a payment into the banking system, for built in to the cost of whatever item you are purchasing, is the interest that the producer, manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer has had to pay to a bank. Add to that, the fact that you might be paying interest on a mortgage, an overdraft, a credit card, or all three. You are also paying the interest on the national debt through your taxes, and your council tax is hiked because the local authority is in debt as well…. You begin to realise just how much wealth is siphoned off to the banks and how many extra hours you have to work and struggle to create this wealth...."

Sorry Julie, whilst you were writing your post I edited my previous one as I realised I was in a Halifax thread!!!

That's defo the address you can use, if you went via your branch they would only forward this on to Trinity Road anyway.

So much information, not sure where to start?

Can someone confirm the address to send my first charges listing letter to?

I live in Scotland if this makes a difference? :o

Julie send your first letter to your local branch, they redirect it to the appropriate department.
alternatively you can send it to
