Just send second letter with an updated schedule of charges to included the £180. Give them 14 days then if they dont respond/refund then file a claim."He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,

I should think they are intending to take it from whatever they think they are paying you. If they're not paying you they cannot take it.
They most certainly can't go to your Bank and take money without your permission.
As we've seen - only the Banks can do that..."Only the dead have seen the end of war" - Plato :silenced:0 -

Any advice that you receive from me is worth exactly what you paid for it. Not a penny more or a penny less.0 -
Hi Chuckles,
can you tell me how you submitted your enhanced Particulars of Claim form? I can't find the N224 form anywhere? Do the couurt accept your 3 page document? Don't suppose you fancy sharing some of the stuff you wrote do you? I've missed the deadline and am considering pulling out even though I've already spent £220 to get this far - getting a bit desperate now, so any advice.help you have would be v much appreciated
Thankschuckles1066 wrote: »The Court has received a request from the Defence solicitor asserting that your Particulars of Claim are not sufficient grounds to proceed as far as a Hearing and requesting that the case be struck out.
The Court (sort of) agrees but has decided to give you the benefit of the doubt.
You now need to submit an enhanced Particulars of Claim as per the Order.
Use this to your advantage; I experienced the same thing and I took the opportunity to submit a 16 paragraph, 3 page document setting out my case in far more detail than the limited MCOL form allowed me :T :T0 -
