Does anyone know to check if there were any cold weather payments due in previous years? I was appealing a decision on my ESA claim from September 2011 until about June 2012, which has only just been resolved and found in my favour. Is it possible to check if I am due any back payments during the winter of 2011/2012 when the DWP just stopped paying my ESA altogether?
Also, I have logged onto the postcode checker and discovered that this winter 2 cold weather payments have been made. I have only received one payment, who do I need to take this up with?
Thank you in advance0 -

I won an appeal for IS two years back now, and I wrote to them to ask for any back payments due of the CWP, they paid out no problems, think I got £100 from them if I remember correctly.

Only had one CWP this year, and it's been so much colder than previous years! Recent heating bill is almost double what it was this time last year! :eek:0 -
