The postcodes are:
DH1 - 7, DH9, DL4 - 5, DL14 - 17, NE1 - 13, NE15 - 18, NE20 - 21, NE23, NE25 - 46, SR1 - 7, TS21, TS28 - 290 -
i just noticed a 2nd trigger in the PE2 area...that's me.
i also noticed it says "You should receive the payment to your account within 14 working days of the very cold weather incident being identified".
i assume "working days" means Monday-Friday?
so if my 1st trigger was on the 14th of Jan'...i should get that into my account by the 1st of Feb'...and the 2nd trigger by the 8th of Feb'. :0
i know in previous winters i've got the payment before the letter or at least about the same time.
although i'm not even sure if the postie has been today, 'cause no mail for me or next door.
i know it usually gets in there before the 14 day thing, but !!!!!! takes them so long?! people are freezing now! by the time people get thier CWP the freezing temp's could be over! we hope.0 -
Have just noticed that we have had the first trigger for East London and 2nd trigger for parts of Essex including the Chelmsford area.
My mum had a trigger nearly 2 weeks ago and she has had no money. Can anyone else say how long payment is taking this year? It seems to be slower than previous years as most people I know are yet to receive even the letter even though theyre postcodes triggered well over a week ago.0 -
Third trigger for my postcode today
The Department for Work and Pensions has been notified that there have been 3 periods of very cold weather in the DD8 postcode area between 1 November 2012 and the current date 21 January 2013.0 -
