Phoned up yesterday told them my postcode said two payments were due, only received one in Feb. They phoned me today said they would now pay the other one in.. Result :)

Can anyone please direct me or give me there phone number as i havent received 1 cold payment which i was due and never received and there is noway to contact them as everywhere it says it would be paid directly and we dont need to contact them, they wouldnt have waited this long is we owed them money.
If it ever got to the point where i have no money to eat. I would go to the police station and break something to get myself arrested. Atleast i would get a warm cell and food and if everyone who get SANCTIONED by the job center did that than the government would have to change there policy about sanctioning so many people on the work program.
  • I have been owed 2 cold weather payments since mid February. I phoned the number on the award letter nearly 3 weeks ago and queried why they hadn't been paid into my account. She took all my details and said that it would be dealt with within 5 days and I would get notification of the money going into my account. Still nothing.
  • Don't forget Cold Weather payments start again on Nov 1st for this winter.

First trigger for my postcode -

The Department for Work and Pensions has been notified that there have been 1 periods of very cold weather in the DD8 postcode area between 1 November 2012 and the current date 4 December 2012.

Come on I want cold weather below zero for 3 months from December 10th till March 4th as I want £425 cold weather payment please!

    12 weeks x £25 = £300

I think the government should change from £25 to £50 instead. And below 5C will be better than below Zero. As 5C are cold enough for a cold weather payment.
