Cold Weather Payments

it was in relation to the other post saying its not enough..

i havent used as much as i normally would during the winter so far..

I've had 2 payments so far, but this week i've not had a one.

Still owed 3 more. Also got £2 left on my gas, so i'm going to have to try and make that last till the morning.

Is there any way to find out when the triggers were? I checked and there are 4 triggers for my postcode, but I only started getting JSA in the middle of December. Had one cold weather payment paid into my bank, but no idea what else to expect because I don't know when the triggers were.

Thanks, seems 3 triggers were before I started claiming so I'll only get them from now on.

RazWaz- you must of been entitled to CWP from November 2010 to be able to get them this time round. so sounds like you may not get any at all..

got my 5th payment this morning via giro

raz waz has already said they have had 1cwp so will get any further payments

Not sure if this helps anyone else but I just spoke to jobcentre plus and we will get 3 payments into our bank on Thursday. We are due 6 in total, got 2 just before Christmas so after this will still be owed one more

i was entitled to 3 payments and i got 3 payments this year i also got payments in 2008 but didnt get any in winter 2009 early 2010 and when i queried this was told i didnt qualitfy for cwp.
my benefit hasnt changed and as far as i know the rules havent either so does anyone know how i can chase this up?

according to the pdf list at the beginiing of this thread it says i was entitled to at least 1 for my post code.
