Cold Weather Payments

Couldn't get on to this thread earlier today but will repost my question if thats ok

My area has had 4 cwp triggers. I recieved my first payment on 29 December. Going by what happened in previous years I was hoping the remaining payments would come through weekly. Nothing into my account today.

I phoned the number I was advised to check with and they say they cant tell me when other payments will come through as they dont deal with it.

Anyone else in this situation. I imagine there are quite a few like me.

They usually go in on a Wednesday (here) but the holidays have put things back a few days, the last one I received was about two days late and I'm expecting the same to happen with today's payment.

Hi everyone, pls help as im confused to the rules about the CWP, it says you can get it if you are on IS, are there any stipulations to go with this, im on IS and have had 5 triggers according to the website but have recieved nothing, thanks for you help

All the info is in the first post, do any of these apply to you?

If you are in receipt of Income Support or Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance, you will usually receive Cold Weather Payments if you also have any of following:

• a disability or pensioner premium
• a child who is disabled
• Child Tax Credit that includes a disability or severe disability element
• a child under five living with you

Anyone been receiving their payments on a wednesday Up until last week? Got it on the friday, Due to Christmas. Was expecting another today, however not in? It's the fifth and finally one. Could it be due to the bank holiday this week???

Thanks but thats the bit that confuses me, does that mean you HAVE GOT TO HAVE one of the bulletpoints, or you get it anyway if you recieve Income Support...maybe im stupid but i dont think its worded very well

You need the bulletpoint too.
