Anyone been receiving their payments on a wednesday Up until last week? Got it on the friday, Due to Christmas. Was expecting another today, however not in? It's the fifth and finally one. Could it be due to the bank holiday this week???

Couldn't get on to this thread earlier today but will repost my question if thats ok

My area has had 4 cwp triggers. I recieved my first payment on 29 December. Going by what happened in previous years I was hoping the remaining payments would come through weekly. Nothing into my account today.

I phoned the number I was advised to check with and they say they cant tell me when other payments will come through as they dont deal with it.

Anyone else in this situation. I imagine there are quite a few like me.

Yes, we're the same, our area has had 5 triggered however we have only received 1, DH rang the Jobcentre Plus who basically have advised him there is a backlog and if still nothing received by the 10th Jan to ring back as they are unable to tell him anything until then.

Got 5 triggers and got all 5 payments recieved in my bank. All went ok. I hope there will be more cold weather payments, I want £250 cos my energy bill went up £280 for winter fuel. As £125 isn't enough from government.

My payments normally go in on a wednesday but this week it is going in on friday. So I will have recieved 2 payments of the 4 due. Seems a slight delay due to the bank holiday. Hope this helps anyone else in the same boat.
