I thought maybe during The Queens speech would be better wouldn't want them spilling gravy over the computer would we?
Nothing to do with being tolerant I fail to understand why I get one payment then no more when it's obviously now on their system so hardly rocket science.
I agree with you. Surely quicker and more efficient to do the job properly in the first place. When they set up the first payment why cant the system be set to send out the payments weekly. Sounds like they have a rubbish system to work on that just causes more work and delays. Dont blame you for being fed up.0 -
Payment In Bank Yesterday. I didn't expect it until this week coming. Or possibly the week after, due to Christmas & New year. But pretty pleased.. Happy the weather Is getting a little better, a bit more mild.. Means Won't have to have the useless storage heaters on for massive lengths at a time. However could still with a few more, the amount they've actually cost to have on! But oh well, I'm very grateful for the extra £125. Helped A LOT!0

We've had 2 seperate weeks where the temperature has dropped below zero but the CWP hasn't been triggered because of one day being 0.1 on both weeks
I wish they did it on an average rather than consecutive days.
I've spent £250 on gas in the last 6wks. Not funny on a low income.0 -
