I must be more honest than I thought - that had never occured to me!

Stupidly I was thinking I would need to gain weight in order to join and then lose it. And whilst the temptation to gorge on chocolate is tempting, there is NO WAY I'm prepared to do that:D
    ;)
Or wear some serious chunky jewelry, we had a lady used to eake hers off for WI and you could test it out at home before you went to class !!

    Well done losers :T:T:T:T

I wonder if anyone else has had this problem, I had a fibre plus bar for the 1st time in ages and this morning welllllllllllllllllllllll talk about wet n windy  it played havoc with my innards :o. When I was having them regulary I had no probs.

    Anyway todays food has been:
    B - weetabix , milk [a] coffee
    L - mug shot, quiche [a], t/sauce [.5], melon, activia, satsuma
T - liver, onions, mash, carrot, cauli, peas, oil spray [1]
Snacks - satsuma, pineapple, melon, onken, meringue [2.5]
    Syns - 4

Question on green tea: does it taste like 'tea'? I was given a couple of green tea & lemon teabags to try but I don't like normal tea so am dubious as to wether I'll like this. Will get hubby to try them 1st :D.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Was really hoping to attend a class as I think that the terror of weekly weigh ins might be the only thing that keeps me on the straight and narrow! If anyone knows if it's possible I would love to know for sure.......

    Hi girls and guy.
WOW theres been some serious losing going on around here this week. Well done everyone, its very inspiring reading your posts and I KNOW i'll get to target if i keep following the plan properly.

I'd like to include my loss too. A lovely 4.5lbs!!! At last it feels like something is finally happening.
And to help this week along, i've gone back to the gym starting off with small walk/runs.

I went for a green day today, (well I hope it is anyway)

B- Porridge & Milk (HEB & HEA) with WW yogurt mixed in.
    L- Egg salad
D= 2x quorn burgers, 2 WM rolls (HEB2 + 6syns), SW chips, beans, 30g LF cheese and a dairy lea triangle stirred in the beans. (HEA2)
2tbsp half fat creme fraiche dip. (Is 5 syns enough for that?)

Also throughout the day, 2 plums, 2 kiwi, 1 apple

So thats 2x HEA and 2x HEB plus 11syns if i counted right.

I feel like i've eaten way too much tonight :(

This is my first real time off of EE plan so its all a bit new.
I'm also an old WW'er and I still have points in my brain although admittedly, nowhere near as much as before.

I'm off shopping tomorrow so i think the dyno rod soup is on the menu to sort out my sluggish bowels :D

*Please feel free to correct my menu as needed* ;)
  • It should be easy to spot fellow SWers by the haze around them:eek: I too have been terrible today, i blame the lentils:o Glad i wasnt at uni, would have cleared the lecture theatre:p

Anyhoo, enough of that:rotfl: I think i should confess, my name is gunsandbanjos and i'm a kitkat addict! I moved the sofa to hoover underneath and found about 12 little balls of silver foil. I'm not usually such a messy moo, its the cat, he sits and stares at me while i eat my kitkat until i roll the paper up and throw it for him.

They are so good though:D I've had 2 today!

Dinner was yummy - love the southern style quorn burgers.

Used both A+B now, and all 15 syns.
