    i only joined a couple of weeks ago, my book definetely say the lowest acceptable target weight of someone 5 foot 5 is 8 stone 8lbs.
    I agree the lowest acceptable weights are very low, at 4 foot 10 mine would be 6 stone 11 lbs. Well i haven't been that since i was born i don't think:rotfl:

    redmel is it the Beef Cobbler recipe you want ? I have it in a Comfort Foods booklet I got with the SW Nov/Dec magazine. I can type it onto here for you if you`d like ?

    Is it, i have that booklet:D

    I have some beef in the freezer so am looking round for ideas....but don't worry about other recipes if you can't copy n paste...I don't want you typing them out :p I will dig out my books and have a route through.

    Right I am sat in a house that is filled with the aroma of cake!! Said cake is currently cooling in the kitchen and I need to go and make a Dora to stand on top of it, whilst resisting the urge to scoff the cake:rotfl: Wish me luck

    xx

  • Thanks Vicki :) I`d like to be anywhere between 9 stone`ish` and 9 1/2 stone. At the moment I`m 11 stone and although people say I look ok, I feel bloated and sluggish and NEED to lose my belly :eek::eek:

    I'm 5'7.5 and I weigh a stone more than you :eek::eek:
