Well the boiler guy came out to check my boiler and it wasnt good news. Well everything in our house has broken so i should of expected it really. Anyways i was led to believe my boiler was 8yrs old and when guy checked serial no's its actually 18yrs old, coz of this replacement parts are really expensive and he said not to spend good money on it and get a new mouch more efficient one. Quote is £1800:(, no way we can afford it yet so he recommended us to try applying for warm front grant. Anyone know anyone who's been successful in getting one of these. Mind i've been told they take up to 6months to fit new boilers due to demand.
On a more possitive note i've been an:A all week, i've stuck to plan 100% so hoping for a loss tomoro. Fingers crossed:)

So today i'm going for a red day -
B - weetaflakes and ryvita (heb and half hea)
L - bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms maybe a sausage (1syn)
T - chicken curry (2syns for paste and heb for rice)
    S - nana, pear, satsuma, velvet crunch(4syns), alpen light(3syns)

So far thats both heb's and 1 hea, will use 2nd for milks in cuppas and either 9 or 10 syns used
    £387.39/£196.46

Dizzy - I knew you would like my cunning mind :p

The mention of "trumpet trousers" made me remeber a card my brother had one birthday -it sang and the song went (and dizzy -this is for you ;))

She lifts her leg and blasts away
    shatters windows in local houses
she is the master trouser blaster
    with her magical trumpet trousers

    :rotfl:

    Love it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Mr Dizzy jumped out of bed last night at .....saying for gods sake this is ridiculous you dont even give any noise warning now - just let off deadly silent gasses :o

I sure hope the scales of doom show a loss tonight or he wont be too happy with the pain Ive put him through :rotfl::rotfl::D

Thanks dizzy - yes I am on EE

Had a few frozen strawberries mashed into the porridge instead of sugar, so that should be ok (I think?) Will also snack mid am on a banana

Menu plan changed a bit for dinner as DS off school sick and won't be able to stomach a curry. Quick switch of meal and now is chinese marinated pork (just plain for him;)) noodles and stir fry veg. Free except for the oil syns so I will count that as 2
