  • After a couple of slow weeks (one complete week off and eating what I wanted where I put on 0.5lb and then one week where I worked damn hard and only lost that 0.5lb) I'm back in the game - lost 3lb last night.

    3 stone 6lbs in 16 weeks. Result.
Whatever doesn't kill me, can only make me stronger.

    :D Helloooo

The thing with the SW plan that is a little difficult to get your head around .....is the amount of food you can actually eat and still lose weight!...to a point where you think OMG I cant be doing this right - Im eating too much here  but if you look back through the posts (including my own) we all say on the weeks we dont eat as much we dont seem to do too well on the weight loss :(;)

So....dont ever go hungry, if you feel hungry betwen meals snack on free foods (fruit/veggies/ yog/meat/eggs/cottage cheese etc)

Your meal plan looks like you're getting the hang of things:T just make sure you always have your A&B as these are important healthwise and do help with the weight loss too. was that GREEN day yesterday? as you can have 2 a&b on green & red but just 1 on EE days

Note to self.... Read books again!... Tried green as felt was overeating on EE, its a case of getting used to being able to eat lots of yummy food without feeling greedy isnt it...

Thankyou for looking over my meals x

Hey no probs ;) It just takes a while to get used to it thats all :D

stick with us on here, and post your meals (do ask tho for us to check them as its easy to just skim read a menu and miss things othewise)

I always did EE through the summer as I found it so much easier doing 'normal' meals to fit in with my OH, yummy steak on the BBQ with JPs & corn on the cob .... plus all the salads to make up the 1/3 superfree. But with the nasty cold weather lately ive had a real carby craving so been doing a fair few greens :p x
