Why thankyou kind Mrs :p and you are right I can as a rule eat "a pea more than a pig" :D - my appetite has shrunk but I NEVER go hungry, oohh and Im doing some EE days now too :rotfl:

Dalia -I don't get the "clearance" effect that the others do with the dynorod soup either (I just assumed its because I have always eaten a lot of fibre anyway) :( - I just stink to high heaven :o I just eat it because I love it and hubby has to deal with it :rotfl:

SO then -Im having an EE day today and it should look like this:-
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • 1 apple
    • jacket potato
    • baked beans
    • 5 clementines
    • apple
    • activia (2.5)
    • Yungchow fried rice (4-max)
    • orange
    • apple
so then thats 1A and 6.5 syns accounted for -I will suss out my heB later, and adjust my syns for the egg fried rice as Im not sure how many portions it will do until it is made (they always seem to give HUGE portions) so Im adjusting as usual;). Its another new recipe and Im hoping its a yummy one as I normaly do my own egg fried rice -but this one has marinaded pork and prawns in it nomnomnom
Im hoping for a dry day tomorrow as I am planning on walking to the nearest big supermarket as its the only place I can get Hoisin sauce and Im desperately low on it  and I use loads it seems, so Im going to have a poddle down there and have a look at wha other oriental goodies they have -I would like some black bean and yellow bean sauce if I can find it...
Well thats me for now... Im off to do some more typing up..
    Have a lovely day everyone....

  • Hi ladies

Toddler still not settling at playschool.... still having to run around like a headless chicken.

I cannot for the life of me remember what I ate yesterday other than roast pork, peas, apple sauce and roasted veggies SW styleee.

    Green day today

    30g porridge oats HEB
    skimmed milk HEA
    Apple sauce 3S
    Blackberries

    Slice of bread HEB
    30g cheese HEA

    Jacket potato
    Cottage Cheese
    Peas

Tonight I think it's egg fried rice with roast pork and veggies.

  • Hiya everyone. Bit of a daft question, but this disc I have got says very low fat natural cottage cheese is free on red and green days, but is it free on EE as I don`t have a list of free foods for EE. Is Morrisons eat smart natural cottage cheese and Aldi`s Be light low fat cottage cheese counted as very low fat or not ?
Also can anyone tell me if Morrisons original crispbread (red packet, 39 calories per slice) can be counted as a HE, if so how many and if not, how many syns are they ?
I`m all confused today, as I had three with cottage cheese on last night (got the nibbles :o) and as I only had 2 slices of the WW brown danish out of the 3 I was allowed as my HE, I wondered if 1 slice of the crispbread would count as my third slice of bread or not ? I am now totally baffled as to how much I synned :( ANY help would be really, really appreciated :)

Dizzy-No pictures I promise, you filthy thing!
Mrs mcawber-Yeah I eat a lot of fruit, veg and fibre stuff so could be that too.

I lost a 1.5! Really hungry now so kept some Alpen lights in bag that I pretty much hoovered as soon as I came off the scales!!

Catsmrs-I eat a lot too, pretty much 3 full meals a day and snacks on fruit in between, sometimes even syns. I still lose an average of 1-1.5 a week xx

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SHARE THE RECIPE MRS M!!! SOUNDS NOM NOM NOM NOM!!

Geez its windy here today... i our flatulence is definately having an affect on the weather....
... Talking of flatulence... i have a severe case of trumpet trousers - i haven't even had Dyno Rod soup!

    Today is EE

B (at 11am as had to have a blood test) Banana + bottle of water followed by 1 Shredded Wheat (+ ryvita = HEB - These are in my FO book (from 2009) - can someone check whether these are still a heb??) 2 tsps of choc spread (3) and tsp of peanut butter (2.5) on the ryvita - MY GOD 5.5 syns of yum!! Cup of tea (milk = HEA)

L - Bacon, eggs, mushrooms and tinned spaghetti

D - EDITED - Had a bit of a dip and came over really really really tired. Sister offered to bring me in food on her way in from work - i opted for a grilled chicken kebab from our local kebab house. I know that they use chicken breast and they don't add any oil to their grill, i had loads and loads of salad and a warmed pitta (half of which i gave to my mum lol)

    Syns so far = 5.5 + kebab syns :)
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

    new beginnings...... new successes..
  • DizzyK - is that right? If you mash strawberries you have to syn them. That's total tut as far as I can see. So long as you don't add anything to them or cook them they remain fresh strawberries. By mashing them you do nothing but change the cell structure of the fruit which would have no impact on its calorific value. Juicing is different because you remove the fibre so I understand that but mashing. That's a step too far! I say keep your syns.
