Gooooooood morning from a very drizzly, cold n manky Germany :p

Well done on some cracking losses again folks :T:T
    hello to the newbies :D

Redmel -I have gone through all my old good food/fresh etc mags and dug out 200 recipes Im planning on working through -I have just adapted them - which I do even when I wasn't on SW, don't think I have ever followed a recipe 100% :rotfl:
I have typed up 16 weeks of meal plans that Im starting to work through :p
LindseyandMatthew -I was an repeat WW too and was worried when I first started on SW..... I told myself when I started that I would just trust to the plan, follow the guidelines and see what happened at the end of the week -you WILL lose :D. I snack quite a bit (although its lessesning as I get further along) -but I eat a lot of fruit in between meals

Just settled down after shopping -hubby had to go for his bloods -so I got him to drop me off at the supermarket and pick me up when he was done ;) - I try and not take him in with me even when he is well -much quicker and easier on my own -plus I get brownie points for not making him go , just crammed it all away and thought I would have a cuppa and catch up before starting lunch ................

Im having a red day today -so its gonna be:-
    • apple
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • luxury cauli cheese -(2+A)
    • bacon
    • orange
    • apple
    • roast chicken nomnomnom
    • 198g steamed potato (B)
    • nobbies
    • carrots
    • cabbage
    • celeriac
    • bisto best granules (1)
    • activia intensely (2.5)
    • clementines
    • apple
So that is 2A+1B and 5.5 syns used - I will decide how to use my other B -might add some peas to dinner... I had a fibre plus bar for the first time in ages yesterday and BOY are they sickly sweet  -so Im not sure I want another yet

Im really looking forward to my cauli cheese again -plus it wants using -and the bacon wants using as I got it out for dinner yesterday and then didn't need it :p. Hubby is having a bacon n mushroom omelette so that will have used up the stuff I want out of the way ;)
I have just picked up more cauli/broc/leeks to make another veg cheese early next week -I think its becoming a fave in this house (I especially like it re-heated -mmmmm)
oohhh and I forgot to say yesterday I had a NSV - I ordered some new bras as the ones I had about 6 weeks ago are too big -so I ordered 44E for now and then 42E for my next drop (I seem to lose an even size at a time :p) -well my parcel arrived with 3 out of the 5 items missing, 1 of the items I got was a pair of bras (one is damaged) which left me with 1 bra -a 42E -and I thought I would see how far off fitting it was..and whoop whoop it fits spot on - hubby was mighty suprised when I came running downstairs with my top around my ears :rotfl:-so I have shrunk further since I ordered them -3 weeks ago. So the company are refunding me for the missing items plus the damaged ones once they are returned -so they have saved me about £50 ...although I now need to order a couple more 42E and a couple of 40E for my next drop :p ..at this rate I will soon be able to go to a shop and just buy a blinkin bra

Well after far too much talk about my "assets" I will leave you in peace and pop in again later .... I have more typing up to do... Im currently transfering recipes from here to my PC so I can print em all off :p
    Hope everyone is well..

I do warm it up for 2 mins in the microwave - never thought of the rice risks but never been ill. Got me wondering how safe it is now:eek: I've done my food hygiene course and never even thought about pudding rice:o

It is lovely and bright here this morning - though it is blooming freezing:eek: Just having a nice warming bowl of lentil soup for my lunch, will maybe have some fruit/yog after if i'm hungry. Got another cauldron of soup bubbling away on the stove:T Still not sick of it:rotfl: Though i am sick of bananas:( Gonna give them a rest for a while i think.

    First thing - coffee
    Breakfast - 2 alpen light(B), ff activia(0.5), 1/2 a nana, coffee
Lunch - big bowl of HM lentil soup
Dinner - Quorn burger(2.5) in a WM roll(B) with a squidge of ketchup(1), SW chips and beans.

Only used one A for coffees, though used both Bs. Also used 4 syns, will have something yummy later:D

    hello
With EE, if you chose something that has for example a higher syn level for a red day than a green, which value do you use?

EDIT: just answered my own question by reading the 2nd post of the thread: thanks very much (returns to lurking status:D)
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

On EE you always take the lower value
