hi, does anyone know what a slice of asda's deli cooked pork with stuffing in the middle would be?
it was the last slice in the pack in the fridge, theres no weight on the package and i dont know how many slices were origionally in the pack. afraid i saw it and ate it at lunchtime
does anyone know if 60g of normal cottage cheese, would be the equivilant of a healthy extra b? i cannot abide the extra low fat or lower fat versions of cottage cheese so just try to eat less of the normal stuff0 -
I was using my A & B on cereal every morning, then feeling pretty cheated the rest of the day

Just get some pudding rice.
Boil it up in water (the same as you would normal rice) until the water has gone.I use 50g for a decent size serving.
Then stir in a muller (or any other yog of your choice) Im using the vanilla choc sprinkle and I swear it tastes like ambrosia rice pud! then just serve with whatever fruit you want....chopped nana or some berries. Its truly lush and soooo filling now the weather has turned all yacky:D free on green & EE
You can cook twice the amount and keep some in the fridge for the next day to save time.......but dont try reheating it like I did - i got a nasty food poisoning attack from lukewarm nuked rice lol0 -

Hi Guys,
I'm working away this week so can't post my food diaries. I am staying on an RAF base and get my meals provided for me in the mess so I am trying to make SW choices, but sometimes it really is choosing the lesser of evils but tbh no one forced me to eat the apple crumble and custard this evening :-) To compensate I'm trying to get more phys in but this weather is also putting a dampner on that and I hate gym. Hey ho hopefully not too much damage done by the end of the week.
Keep going everyone xSlimming world Restart 29/08/11 weight unknown?? 46 days until I go home :j0 -

I had a disaster with my lunch...I made the bean burgers from the comfort foods book, and they were disgusting...I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but I followed the recipe exactly. Also about 15mins after eating the half of one that I ate, I got bad cramping pains and had to run the loo:cool: I will NOT be trying them again:p
Hope everyone is well
I`m glad it`s not just me having problems with the recipes from the comfort foods book. I decided to make the beef cobbler from the comfort foods book that came with the Nov/Dec magazine and as I had no celeriac I threw in a tin of tomatoes. Popped it in the oven on Gas 3 as it said for 2 hours and four hours later it still wasn`t readyThe meat was still chewy and the sauce was still very liquidy even though I used the amount it said. I eventually turned up the heat, left it to cook longer and made something else for tea as we were starving by then. We will just have the cobbler tomorrow now, but I don`t think I`ll be trying that recipe again

Evening all...just popping in to check up on you lol!! Well done to all losers!
Went for a walk after work, it was dark by the time we got back to the car!! It was absolutely FREEZING and the wind was horrendous!! Great exercise though!
I'm also feeling very proud of myself....I actually left food on my plate at tea tonight.....totally unheard of normally!! We had a bit of a menu change as OH didn't fancy the breaded fish so we had unbreaded fish with pasta and a spicy tomato sauce.
I haven't had any syns yet so I'm thinking either a hifi bar or an options hot choc may be aclled for soon.....may even go for both!
Hope those pesky fairies are behaving this evening.0
