Good luck to anyone Weighing In this evening!
Today has been EE
B - 28g Muesli with onken yog followed by 1 w/g crackerbread (to make up HEB) with nutella (1.5) Banana
L - Sweet chilli (1.5) chicken wrap (5) with salad
S - WW nachos (4) with 28g LF cheese (part of hea) (110ml of skimmed milk in teas for rest of hea)
S- Coco Rocks Bar (4)
D - Chilli with rice (tinned toms, pepper, onion and mushrooms for SF) 2syns for spice blend
Total syns = 16 - yes i've gone over but i needed the coco rocks bar after Drs!
Finally went DRs today... gotta have a blood test to check my thyroid but apparently i have S.A.D..i knew this crap weather wasn't good for me!! lol

Thanks Vixie, I'm one of 'em, off soon! I'm dying to eat and drink but I have nothing after 3.30-4.00 pm because my bowels and bladder clam up on WI day :eek:

Im real glad the doc has taken things seriously and run some tests tho.....A dodgy thyroid can make you feel proper pants
mines underactive, im on tabs for it and its fine normally but just every once in a while I just know when its out of sync cos i feel sh*te in general/always freezing and could sleep on a washing line:o
Have they given you any info on S.A.D? hope you start feeling a little better soon hun......sometimes it helps just knowing that the doc is on the ball with stuff tho eh.....and that you're not just doing :wall:x x

L Salad made from beansprouts, carrott, pepper, onion, radish and cucumber with sainsburys chinese style chicken breast slices syns needed please if anyone can help
Sainsburys frozen berries and muller
D pasta with sauce made with onion courgette peppers mushrooms tomato and fat free bacon and 21g low fat cheese 1/2 HEA

Snacks Banana, alpen light1/2 HEB milk for tea/coffee 1/2HEA and the must have curly wurly0 -

agh can someone point me in the direction of the pork recipe done in the slow cooker. It is one where you marinade everything over night, I am sure people said it was like a spare rib recipe. It was posted a few weeks ago by someone and at the time I wrote down what I needed to buy to make it, got everything today and now can not find the recipe.0
