I'm going for green today, so far it's looking like this:
porridge with banana and cinnamon (HEA and
2 satsumas
HM parsnip soup and a wm roll (HEB)
Pear and some plums
Pasta with lemon juice and mixed herbs with a huge salad
White wine and soda (? syns)
I've just been to the leisure centre to use the scales and am a bit shocked at how heavy I am. I must try not to console myself by tucking into ds's haloween haul... there's a massive bucket full of sweets on my kitchen table that I've managed to resist so far.....Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0 -

Forgot to say earlier , my local poundland are doing the boxes of weetabix oaty bars (for a pound lol)

will have my other 2 dairylea triangles on crackerbread when i get home.
dinner - am thinking of having either mashed swede, sweet potato wedges and quorn nuggets
or chicken and pepper stirfry
all depends on if the peppers or swede are looking like they need using up0 -

I also have a close friend who is 40 next may and has booked an amazing trip (trans siberian railway journey) and has also started to try to lose weight (SW!! Hooray) she has lost 2 1/2 stones so far and she's inspiring me too!!

Small green pepper, 2 tomatoes, 3 spring onions chopped into the cous cous
Salad dressing 1 syn
Orange
No idea what dinner will be - probably a noodle stir fry so 3 or 4 syns for the sauce.0 -
One good thing about my birthday - my dear mum kindly got me the thermos someone on here recommended (was it flutterbyuk?). Great for soup for work.

Just got back from Asda - Muller Lights are still two packs of 6 yogurts for £3!:D Not sure how much longer the offer will be on as it has been on for at least a fortnight!0

Green day for me:
B - shreddies (HEB), skimmed milk (HEA)
L - pasta with LF pesto (1.5syns)
D - veggie roast dinner - roast spuds with HEB of olive oil, carrots, mashed swede, peas, green beans, yorkshire pud (3syns), onion gravy (3.5syns for flour)
Snacks - FF yog, banana, pear, pineapple, LF creme fraiche (1.5syns)
Drinks - coffee, NAS squash, fizzy water, water
Exercise - 2hours gardening
Total syns = 8

First thing coffee (A)
Breakfast 2 x alpen light (B), FF activia (0.5), banana
Lunch Apple, HM lentil soup, WM roll (B), cheese (A), ham (0.5), pickle (0.5)
Dinner Quorn chilli, rice, cheese (A and an extra 2syns worth)
Have had both A+B and 3.5 syns, will have something synful later:D
Nipped to morrisons on the way home from uni, thank you to whoever posted that activia snackpots were 5 for £1, picked up loads of them and also frozen Quorn mince is reduced to £1 for the 300g bags so i picked a couple up.

Can anyone help with the syn values of Super Noodles? I know the low fat ones are free on EE, but what are the others?Whatever doesn't kill me, can only make me stronger.
