    Hello
I'm going for green today, so far it's looking like this:
porridge with banana and cinnamon (HEA and B)
    2 satsumas
HM parsnip soup and a wm roll (HEB)
    Pear and some plums
Pasta with lemon juice and mixed herbs with a huge salad
White wine and soda (? syns)

I've just been to the leisure centre to use the scales and am a bit shocked at how heavy I am. I must try not to console myself by tucking into ds's haloween haul... there's a massive bucket full of sweets on my kitchen table that I've managed to resist so far.....
Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.

Forgot to say earlier , my local poundland are doing the boxes of weetabix oaty bars (for a pound lol)
these bars are a heb arent they? i only got 1 box as i wasnt 100% sure

trying to be really good today

    ee

b- muller light apricot, half punnet grapes

l - muller light strawberry cheesecake (1), weight watchers cheese puffs (aka wotsits) (4), sandwich made with warburtons healthy choice bread (heb), ham and 1 dairylea triangle(hea), other half punnet grapes

will have my other 2 dairylea triangles on crackerbread when i get home.

dinner - am thinking of having either mashed swede, sweet potato wedges and quorn nuggets
    or chicken and pepper stirfry
all depends on if the peppers or swede are looking like they need using up

    Morning slimmers!!
I also have a close friend who is 40 next may and has booked an amazing trip (trans siberian railway journey) and has also started to try to lose weight (SW!! Hooray) she has lost 2 1/2 stones so far and she's inspiring me too!!

Who me? 40 next year? :)

I managed to STS this week - considering how dreadful I was that's not bad.

    Today is EE

    28g Bran Flakes (part HEB)
    ML
Milk in tea through the day (HEA)

    2 small bananas

    Chicken breast
Cous cous with added chilli 0.5 syns
Small green pepper, 2 tomatoes, 3 spring onions chopped into the cous cous
    Salad dressing 1 syn
    Orange

No idea what dinner will be - probably a noodle stir fry so 3 or 4 syns for the sauce.

One good thing about my birthday - my dear mum kindly got me the thermos someone on here recommended (was it flutterbyuk?). Great for soup for work.

Yep it was me. Glad you got one, and a belated happy birthday to you :D

Nipped to morrisons on the way home from uni, thank you to whoever posted that activia snackpots were 5 for £1, picked up loads of them and also frozen Quorn mince is reduced to £1 for the 300g bags so i picked a couple up.

Can anyone help with the syn values of Super Noodles? I know the low fat ones are free on EE, but what are the others?
Whatever doesn't kill me, can only make me stronger.
  • Does anyone know whether balsamic vinegar has syns in it - the one DH got is 6% alcohol by the looks of things.
