thank you, i'm hoping it's tasty as i'm not the biggest soup fan in the world but need something warm at work and really want to lose weight this week.
It's leek, onion, mushroom and chicken stock and water. All things i like so i'm hopeful.

Speed food Soup AKA - Dyno rod Soup
(syn free on Green and EE)

    1 can mixed bean salad
1 can green lentils (or handful of dried)
    2 cans chopped tomatoes
    1 can baked beans
    Handful of split lentils
    2 large leeks
    1 large onion
    4 medium carrots
    2 parsnips
1 each green, red and yellow peppers
    2 vegetable stock cubes
    Salt pepper
    Mixed herbs
Water (enough to cover all ingredients)
Chop all vegetables. Put them and everything else into a large pan, cover with water, bring to boil and simmer until vegetables are soft (about 30 mins). Once cooked, the soup can be left chunky or blended smooth.

    Freezes well and tastes great!

    (Rechristened Dyno-Rod soup for it's.......shall we say.....cleansing properties :rotfl::rotfl:

Right I'm off for a quick shower then to watch Downton Abbey - I think it's the best programme on TV at the mo.

It's a superfree food soup jokingly called dynorod as it does what it says in the title!

here is the recipe - the first posting of it in this thread!

Thank you consultant for the shiny new thread and the very poignant poem. Think we ALL know how that feels.

Had my chocolate fix but don't worry the heros are safe :p. My darling hubby got in the car and drove to the garage for me. Not only did he get the fruit & nut for me he got half the shop . Will have to be extra extra good to avoid all that choc :o.
I love my hubby dearly but hes not helping :rotfl:.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    PPI Party Pooper
Well i have had a planned off day as it is hubbys birthday, and i havent even eaten any birthday cake as i'm so full from dinner! Forgotten how stodgy and filling non SW food can be. We had lasagna and garlic bread, nice and easy as i'm so tired from work and lack of sleep last night. Probably got about 4 hours max, and it was pretty disjointed, so i'm typing this from my laptop in bed as i'm having an early night.

Thanks for the new thread consultant:D

Hopefully today won't wreck my weightloss too much, i weighed myself on friday and i was 9st 9 but i reckon today will have pushed me up a little again. If i can be 9st 9 this time next week i'll be quite pleased!

Christmas is 7 weeks on saturday, so if i can be 9st by christmas i'll be really chuffed. That is my goal;)

Well done to all the losers:T
