  • Morning everyone.

Well Done Mags.. a great loss :T:T

Today is another EE I think.
    B - Frittata & red sauce (1)
    L - Chunky Veggie soup (F)
    D - Veg Curry & Rice (F)
    Snx - 4 ryvita (B) quark (F) Ham (F) 2 x mandarins (F) treat size mars (4) Maybe a ypghurt & banana (2)

Looking at it, it is more of a green day but I'll keep it as EE incase I sneak in some more meat somewhere.

I MUST go on the bike too today, I have an extra lesson to do today so I will be doing a bit more walking than usual too... about 45 mins I think.

Thanks for the suggestions re the lemon pudding too.. I'll try the lemon rind one 1st as I lemon curd isn't sold here, but I have a feeling M&S food hall here may have some so I'll have a peek and get some if they do...or I could make my own I suppose mmmm I'd like to do that I think. Thanks for the inspiration!

Have a good day everyone, right bike then shower.

    xx

I beleive you entirely it was the fairies. If you've been watching the x-factor you'll have needed a glass or 2 to beleive the result.
Hope you enjoyed it - tomorrows another day!

I missed x factor last night on account of OH not falling asleep after golf like he normally does so we had to watch what he wanted  what happened?????

  • bike session complete - phew. It's all rainy and miserable here so I won't be going out for any extra walking as my extra lesson has been cancelled.

I got the Wii fit out yesterday to mix up the Bodymagic a bit... it told me that it had been 300 days since I had last used it Opps :rotfl: However it will be a few more days yet as the batteries were flat and I've got no new ones so it got put back again.

Welcome LittleChezza... sorry don't know the answer to your question though.
