just had to pop on to say a big WELL DONE MRSM :A:T:T:T
that is an amazing loss!
Its very interesting reading what you're all eating, I dont have time to post every day unfortunately.
I agree with the comments about needing to eat to lose weight. Lots of people just dont 'get' it and think you have to starve yourself to lose weight.
I eat loads and manage to keep my weight stable.
I've had some lovely homemade leek and potato soup today for lunch and am having the aubergine bake from the calendar for tea with lots of steamed veggies plus WWbrown danish toast for breakfast, various fruit and a yoghurt later on plus I've had a bag of baked crisps - thats lots of food but all within allowances:)
this week at weigh in I lost a pound and am target minus one and a half:j my aim is to be well under target for Christmas to give me a bit of freedom to indulge;)
Lovely to hear from a new faceespecially one whos at target and maintaining successfully :T well done you!! They do say its harder once you get to target than actually getting there
. Do keep us posted wont you

I know how old you are dizzy because i have been reading your trials and tribulations for months ( as well as everyone else) and you are such an inspiration. believe me what I have eaten today is alot more than normal. I was only having two slimming word meals a day either red or green. probably 1 he a for milk. thats it. if i was hungry i would have fruit but generally tried to do without. syns for weekend with alcohol as i like to have some at the weekend and used to spread my 70 syns over the weekend. but i dont get away with this anymore. hence my strictly measured to glasses of wine for 14 syns so i dont feel deprived._starting again! 06/01/15___________________________________0

Hi thanks, no it's the redwoods one from the health store as needed a vegan one and quorn put egg in their food - so wish they did not! I'll try to syn it later but cant work out how to syn the veggie meat style foods? If the nutritional info is like the one on the quorn packets maybe they are free but I might be wrong there! I just tend to eat the quorn alternatives and am losing weight but hard guessing syns!
I would probably just count them as free the same as quorn IF the cals etc were similar. But i'm naughty0 -

aliscrapper wrote: »Quark lemon pudding sounds yummy!:D Have you got a receipe for it?? Thanks:beer:
Hi, it's something I made up and nothing complicated
I just got a tub of plain quark, mixed it with the juice of half a lemon and 3 tablespoons of sweetener and then left over night (but a few hours would do). So it's free and just syn it if you use a different method of sweetening - as I know some people don't like using sweetener.
I have just eaten it and it was tooo lemony and tart for my taste so maybe a bit less lemon juice or more sweetner for me next time. It has a is nice and refreshing though."People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -

2 syns for your 35g portion on green
THANKS! :j Your a star!
I didn't know what to expect because pasta and that on red is usually ridiculously high in syns, so even though ham is thin as I was worried it might be a bombshell.
I am in for a proper feast tonightI am having 4 ryvita multigrains with about 6 slices of the ham (roughly 35g in my pack) with 28g of grated cheese, slices of beetroot and a load of pickled onions.
with that and having pre made lasagne i'm still within my syn limit at 14.5 :ASlimming WorldWeek 1 B]-7[/B Week 2 B]+1[/B Week 3 B]STS[/B Week 4 COLOR=DarkOrange]STS-3-2[/B Week 7 COLOR=Red]-1+2[/B Week 9 COLOR=Red]-2[/COLOR

Its 1 syn for a small snack pack (4 sushi) so still a nice economical way of eating when you're out :T
ahah! does that happen in real life too, because I've watched my neighbour roll up sushi and he doesn't use sugar. Anyway, on top of the fact that it's all healthy if I refuse to accept the fact there's sugar in it:p:p because it is EATEN IN THE CAR it doesn't count, right
;);)
:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Me too - sounds like a good plan that!
Am making the pepper and tomato soup from the Bonfire recipes - was wondering what to do with the 4 red peppers left on the vege rack and the rest of my green peppers off my pepper plant have gone in too. That will make a nice lunch or tea tomorrow:)Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.
