Whoops! Its not all free food, because the substance they use to bind the rice together is sugar
Its 1 syn for a small snack pack (4 sushi) so still a nice economical way of eating when you're out :TNothing tastes as good as riding a horse feels0 -
Just had the most yummy omelette - diced onion, 2 oz cheese as my 2 HEA's, quark, egg & ham!:D0

Buy some disposable plastic cups, weigh out your 28g of cereal or whatever, pour it into a plastic cup then either draw a line round the cup at the level of the cereal or cut the top off the cup. The next time you want cereal, you just need to fill your cup to the line and you know you have the right weight of cereal. I've made little scoops like this for all three cereals I have and keep them in the relevant cereal boxes.
Ooh I have another one on this theme!use the plastic cups to freeze individual portions of soup in (clingfilm the top unless you are very certain the won't tip while freezing!). then you can just thaw a portion at a time.
