  • Hello everyone.

Excellent News MrsM .. over 6 stone gone, that is fantastic :j:j.

I echo the posts regarding people noticing a slowing down of weightloss when they are not eating enough. It happens to me when I accidentally don't eat enough, I see a disappointing WI result.. the thing is I don't always realise until I look back at the week to see what has gone wrong.

    Today is EE for me.
B - nowt as I was asleep.... most unlike me to get up after 9am, it was 10:45
    L - 2 big bowls of veggie soup (F)
    D - SW Chips (1) Big salad (F) 3 x fish fingers (6) tartare sauce (1)
    Snx - 4 ryvitas (B) quark (F) Ham (F) cuc (F) Cheese (A) 1 bread :( (3) treat size Mars (4) 2 x madarins (F) quark lemon pudding (F)

Also... a question... when is * week... is it the week before AF or the week of AF?

    Hello
I'm very pleased with myself for having stayed on track for a whole week... amazing!!! I've tried to stick to diets so many times before and always failed after a couple of days, but hopefully I can keep going this time. I lost 3 lbs this week :0)
    Today is green for me:
    porridge, banana and cinnamon (HEA+B)
    Melon
SW quiche made with sweetcorn, peppers and onion
SW chips with quorn burgers and beans
Yogurt and fruit, and maybe a couple of ginger snaps with a cup of tea in bed later.

Many of you are saying that you have to eat enough to make sure you lose weight... does this seem enough?
Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.

'Ok so far today I have had
    Brekkie: shreddies and all bran

    Snack: apple, fresh pineapple rings

and that's it!! Mind you I have only been up since 12!!!

Just off for a walk to MrS to get some more mullers
planning bacon butties for tea, I must eat more than that surely???'

okay add to that a large bowl of strawberries, fresh pineapple, banana and 0% Greek yoghurt, that's a bit better!!
Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last
  • OMG I have been so ill the last few days, with the worst headache ever, doc said it wasn't a migrane just a severe tension headache, so I really feel for anyone who sufferers true migranes.
I haven't eaten since Thursday and couldn't even keep fuids down for the first 24 hours!
I have lost 6lb since then and a total of 10lb for the week, although I would of rather not been so poorly !

I'm guessing i;ll put some of the weight back on when i start eating again, had 1 weetabix this morning, going to attempt a micro roast dinner (9syns) tonight, then just ease myself back on over the week, the thing is, it wasnt an upset tummy, it was just the sheer pain that made me sick

  • thanks dizzy and trixitoes. well done mrs m

I dont like quitting. I feel more positive now thanks to all your support. my dearest wish is to just once in my life get to target. I am now 45 and I always said my tombstone would have on it "slim at last" as i never thought i could do it. but even if i am still typing in 12 months i am going to get there. I have in the past tried everything including anphetemines and cabbage soup, meal replacements. this is the only one that allows you to eat and lose weight. so i am going to give 100%. Have listened to you all and am going to try and eat more (right food of course). I dont know what my thursday binge will do this thursday at the scales so i hope to maintain and then go for weight loss.

    B activia FF and banana
D carrot and lentil soup, 2 tangerines
T potatoe cake (like a fish one but without fish) tin of tomatoes.

    sins 14 cant wait. on 2 glasses of red wine (200mls x 2 x 7 = 14)

  • Well done MrsM, thats a brilliant loss! congratulations :-)

I was quite proud of myself resisting the packet of chocolate biscuits that my bf was eating and offering me last night.

    SAT 6th - EE

    Morning
    · 56g bran flakes (HEB + 3)
    · ss milk (HEA)

    Afternoon
    · ½ pack of chicken and mushroom pasta n sauce
    · alpen light (3)

    Evening
    · spaghetti
    · ex. lean mince
    · mushrooms
    · courgette
    · tinned chopped tomatoes
    · red onion
    · mullerlight
    · walls mini twister (2.5)

    Total = 8.5

managed to get more superfree's in yesterday, and was suprisingly not hungry on the evening. Tried popping pasta n sauce in a tupperware box and filling it with hot water and waiting till I got to the train station to eat it so it's cooked, but it tasted really chewy and horrible. ate half though because I would be hungry when I finished work otherwise.

    today I had:
    SUN 7th - Green
    Afternoon
    · 45g box of All Bran (HEB1)
    · ss. milk (HEA1)
    · BGTY maple cereal bar (3)

    Evening
    · WW lasagne (4.5)
    · lettuce
    · cucumber
    · muller light
    · mini twister ice lolly (2.5)
    · 3 x ryvita multigrain (HEB2)
    · pickled onions
    · sliced beetroot

planned on having some ryvita's later, need to remember to syn the butter.

I wanted to ask how many syns are Sainsburys wafer thin honey cured ham slices on green?

If they are low enough will have them on my ryvita's.

the nutritional values are; 39 cal, 0.9g fat, 6.5g protien, 1.1g carbs per 35g portion
