WI this morning and .5lb gain :( but I had just had a coffee where as usually weigh before eating or drinking. Could a coffee equate to .5lb? Oh well still below target. Better get off to Mr T's to get the stuff hubby forgot.

    hey everyone,

I've been mia all week again, found it v hard to stick to plan this week, my *week has turned into a fortnight:mad: and i'm very bloated (new pill and its taking some getting used to). Never used to really get sugar cravings but this month they have been really bad and my little un has been poorly again meaning i've been soooooo unorganised and just grabbing what ever quick food is at hand. Anyhoo tis my wi tomoro i'm not expecting much maybe a sts if i'm lucky:o, but while i've got a little bit of time (ds has just gone off to sleep;)) i'm gonna try and get some meals planned. I'm gonna try my best to get on every day coz i need the motivation to carry on.

So today i'm going for green

B- rice krispies (ran out of bran flakes!) so 5syns and half hea
L - pasta mixed with philly and sprinkle of cheese (heb and half hea)
    T - quorn chilli melt
    S - alpen x2
    £387.39/£196.46
Pay my debt by End of Feb 2022
    49.28% paid!

£199.55/£500 savings by End of April 2022
    39.91% saved!

    Make £2022 in 2022 - £20
  • Nothing lost this week and I am abolutely gutted. Felt I had a good week this week too. Will have to seriously look into things this week.

Doesn't look much really. I think you need to up the superfrees. If you read others food diaries even when doing red or green its best to have plenty of ss foods. I do mostly green but ALWAYS have a bowl of fruit with yog. Also add onions + toms to most meals. Obviously it is up to you but it does help the weight loss to have more fruit & veg with meals.
Mr T has pineapples 2 for £3 & melons 2 for £2.50 plus theres always some sort of deal on fruit & veg at the supermarkets. HTHS :D

Hello am so hoping I've lost that last half pound to get to my first stone this Thursday.

Ate out at a Mexican restaurant yesterday had brown rice and a small portion of 6 bean chilli - nice but bit dry as more rice than chilli and asked for them not to add any oil. My friend had my fave re fried bean quesadillas with cheese and chips plus guacamole dip - looked so much nicer but maybe about 40 syns compared to about 3-4 for mine!

I did have half a becks vier beer - goes so well with chilli and was very nice my first beer in 7 weeks! Also had a jug of tap water, just had soup for tea later.

    Today so far has been:

B - Slice of veggie bacon (2syns - cant find it lasted anywhere?)Beans/Toms/Mushrooms 1 wholemeal toast (HEB) added veggie worc sauce.

L- pasta, homemade pasta sauce, mixed leaf salad/cherry tomato

Will take a yoghurt (2syns) to have mid pm as out at family's

D - got a teriyaki rice bowl with tofu in - Amys make from Holland and Barratts as wont have time to make tea, will work out the syns later wont be many I don't think. Will steam some vege to go with that.

Then will have rest of syns tonight - maybe a glass of wine ir a hot choc and some fruit.

Weekends I struggle to use my milk allowance as I dont drink tea or coffee!

Thanks Mrs M, Vixie Pixie, Firobust, skinny and dalia. feel a bit brighter this morning.

this week i am going back to basics. even my husband has said i lost more when i ate more, but i cant get my head around that. i have cut every thing back including sins, H extras, im not doing plan practically as im back to the bad old days of starving andf then probably binging when i can eat, anyway as of friday i am going to follow the plan and if on thursday no weight loss i will change something until i do. ie eat more ss. I read this forum everyday although sometimes it is in work and i cant post. so i do catch up everyday for my daily laugh, inspiration, menu.
I work full time and have a 9yr old and 6 yr old (slightly off subject what is DD DS abreviated for regards children on this site?)
    Mrs M yesturday was red
today I have not yet decided I usually fit in with family. today is probably green, no ee for me as i get confused will post later. weigh day for you mrs m. hope its a good one

B ff activia yoghurt and a banana

    Hi Yellowbird

Sorry I missed your post yesterday....but you got some really excellent advice off the others ;)
All I would add from a personal point of view is that you really must increase what you're eating to get a good weightloss (I know it does'nt really make sense....but its true-been there got the t-shirt lol) the weeks I have trouble eating are the weeks my weight loss is pathetic :o

My consultant says our bodies are like steam engines....we have to stoke the boiler (eat) to make the engine run (lose weight) and keep stoking regularly if we want to lose faster.....makes sense when she does the talk :p

EE is not really so complicated once you get going. you can have anything from red Or green together as long as 1/3 of the plate is superfree fruit or veggies. Everyone on here will give you a hand if you get stuck with it ;) x
