Cor Mags, good day Mrs!
Today I have had
Brekkie: nowt-alseep!
2 WW yogurts (0.5 each)
total 0% freeeee
Lunch: Shreddies, milk (HEA)
Tea: Pasta bake (pasta, onion, mince (HEB) tomatoes, cheese (HEB)
Pineapple

Anyone know if there are SYNS in Lactulose? I reckon there must be but hopefully I wont be needing it for too long with all of the fruit I am eating LOLGo hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last0 -
What do you eat if you are out shopping & starving?
The sort of thing you grab from the supermarket? Or fast food outlet?
A banana doesn't always cut it.
I grabbed 2 chicken kebabs from Sainsburys hot chicken counter the other day.
Any ideas?0 -
I think Dizzy pulled me up on it!
Do any of you eat sushi? I realised it would be a good way to get some superspeeds in and went out for lunch. In the book it's about 2 syns I think, I don't really know how to syns in at all really. I didn't have anything with mayo in and it was served with soya sauce and salad.
If anyone lives near Leeds or in Leeds I highly recommend Little Toyko for low syn meals, it is AMAZING. Lots of fresh made sushi, all the green tea you can drink, lovely meats, noodles and rice dishes. Mmmmm
I sometimes buy a tray of sushi if I am hungry and near a supermarket. I count it as free on EE because it's fish, rice and vegetables. :A:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

ooops see my comment above about a tray of sushi! I also have been known to grab:
a container of mixed shellfish
a pack of seafood sticks
a pack of king prawns
bunch of grapes
muller light
a little pot of melon or pineapple or other fruit
hot chicken thighs (thighs rather than wings because it's easier to pull the skin off thighs).
I keep baby wipes, tissues, and a fork and spoon in the car just in case I need to eat in the car (sheer desperation; I don't have to eat in the car because of work or anything!) and I also keep a little manicure set not only to tidy up my nails but because the scissors are handy for getting into those pesky packs :rotfl::jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

oh, another handy thing to have in the car is a small jar of pickled eggs; and keep some ryvita minis (HEB) or Velvet crunch (4 syns) in the car too, then if you feel tempted you have something to hand.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but even on EE (and green) sushi counts as 1.5 syns per 100g and on red it's 4.5!A diet is the penalty we pay for exceeding the feed limit!:rotfl:

Hi all,
Been v busy, but just caught up with you all and LMAO:rotfl:, what with dreaming of !!!!(l)es... Dizzy's toilet habits..... poo talk..... oh dear, Mr Owl is wondering if he should have me sent away in a white coat in an ambulnce.
Anyway, I got off the bandwagon over half term (in a HUGE) way but only put on 1.5lb..... so, got back on the wagon and have been good.We put the shed up today, with loads of help, and I always feed everyone, well, there is always beer/wine involved at these occasions... BUT, I had stew going (free!!) and rice pudding (HEA and Free)....... and no naughties!!!!! Well, one glass of wine (6) and this is all for today. I even saved yesterday's syns for the occasion and have not needed them - may have another glass of wine!!!
I feel I have chuntered enough now
Talk later

You can get it from chinese herbalists, do you have a herbal king or anything like that where you live? It is available online but I'd be wary about ordering it on ebay unless it has good feedback, same for general online as lot of people will fake it.
if you get it from a herbalist they will always try and sell you the big box, there are two smaller boxes in there so ask for a small box. xx
Thanks:beer: I'm almost certain we have a herbal king in town - will check when I'm in town Monday.0 -

thanks for that Teecee, but since I am steadily losing and I only have a tray perhaps every two months I am going to continue to consider it as free;););):jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
