Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
If it's quorn, the chilled stuff is free, the frozen ones are 6 1/2 syns for a 150g pack. yummy stuff :D

Hi thanks, no it's the redwoods one from the health store as needed a vegan one and quorn put egg in their food - so wish they did not! I'll try to syn it later but cant work out how to syn the veggie meat style foods? If the nutritional info is like the one on the quorn packets maybe they are free but I might be wrong there! I just tend to eat the quorn alternatives and am losing weight but hard guessing syns!

Just found out the innocant looking rice/tofu teriyaki bowl ready meal is 15 syns:eek: not eaten it yet so need a quick alternative. Cant see how a small pack 269g is 15 syns - its main ingredients are veggies/rice/tofu - must be the items on end of ingredients list - cornstarch, sesame seed oil an safflower oil:(

Shame Mum got it for me thinking it was a fave and now I wont eat it:o

• Well done MrsM, thats a brilliant loss! congratulations :-)

I was quite proud of myself resisting the packet of chocolate biscuits that my bf was eating and offering me last night.

SAT 6th - EE

Morning
· 56g bran flakes (HEB + 3)
· ss milk (HEA)

Afternoon
· ½ pack of chicken and mushroom pasta n sauce
· alpen light (3)

Evening
· spaghetti
· ex. lean mince
· mushrooms
· courgette
· tinned chopped tomatoes
· red onion
· mullerlight
· walls mini twister (2.5)

Total = 8.5

managed to get more superfree's in yesterday, and was suprisingly not hungry on the evening. Tried popping pasta n sauce in a tupperware box and filling it with hot water and waiting till I got to the train station to eat it so it's cooked, but it tasted really chewy and horrible. ate half though because I would be hungry when I finished work otherwise.

today I had:
SUN 7th - Green
Afternoon
· 45g box of All Bran (HEB1)
· ss. milk (HEA1)
· BGTY maple cereal bar (3)

Evening
· WW lasagne (4.5)
· lettuce
· cucumber
· muller light
· mini twister ice lolly (2.5)
· 3 x ryvita multigrain (HEB2)
· pickled onions
· sliced beetroot

planned on having some ryvita's later, need to remember to syn the butter.

I wanted to ask how many syns are Sainsburys wafer thin honey cured ham slices on green?

If they are low enough will have them on my ryvita's.

the nutritional values are; 39 cal, 0.9g fat, 6.5g protien, 1.1g carbs per 35g portion

Well done for resisting the biscuits - is so difficult when they are offered to you and there in front of you!:T:T

Just looked up the WW Lasagne and they are

Weight Watchers Beef Lasagne, chilled 400g pack

extraeasy.gif 6 Syns on Extra Easy red.gif Original 6 Syns green.gif Green 8½ Syns

Weight Watchers Beef Lasagne, frozen 300g pack

extraeasy.gif 5½ Syns on Extra Easy red.gif Original 6 Syns green.gif Green 5½ Syns

Can't syn the ham unfortunately as need the nutritional information per 100g and then the size of the portion that you want to eat - sorry!:(

forgot to put 2 HEA 350 ml milk for coffee
may have a Hi fi bar to use on Heb

Make sure you DO have your HEB/HEA every day (if you're doing reds/greens you are allowed 2 dont forget) your HEBs are really important in helping with the weight loss! so dont forget to have them hun wont...you will slow things down by missing things out ;)

Also....looking at todays menu, I would have been eating my own arm if I only ate that today  :o I take it you were on a green day?

Id have prob had maybe a yog and some more fruit with the soup at lunch.
And Id have had maybe a tin of (superspeed;)) mushy peas, carrots, or any other veggies I fancied with my tea (toms arent that filling or tasty on their own really)......just a thought ;) Dont go hungry as this is when you're going to go back to the binge cycle (Ive done this in the past too :()

I read what you said in your post about your age.....Im 42, Ive had my 'lightbulb moment' and Im determined that this time things are going to be different with my weightloss .......so far so good :D x

just had to pop on to say a big WELL DONE MRSM :A:T:T:T

that is an amazing loss!

Its very interesting reading what you're all eating, I dont have time to post every day unfortunately.
I agree with the comments about needing to eat to lose weight. Lots of people just dont 'get' it and think you have to starve yourself to lose weight.
I eat loads and manage to keep my weight stable.

I've had some lovely homemade leek and potato soup today for lunch and am having the aubergine bake from the calendar for tea with lots of steamed veggies plus WWbrown danish toast for breakfast, various fruit and a yoghurt later on plus I've had a bag of baked crisps - thats lots of food but all within allowances:)

this week at weigh in I lost a pound and am target minus one and a half:j my aim is to be well under target for Christmas to give me a bit of freedom to indulge;)
Do what you love :happyhear
