evening all
i am in the miserable position of not being able to go to SW classes anymore 3lb from target
tomorrow will be probably my last weigh in unless i book a couple of weeks holiday to give me some grace.
but i will be lurking here to keep me motivated.
i love reading how you are all doing.
not seen lynz on here for a while is she ok ?????
i am going to make some SW friendly macaroni pudding a bit , feel like a blast from the past and i cooked too much macaroni earlier0 -
Um, would you believe me if I said the red wine faries attacked me tonight?!
A friend was cooking dinner for us, so I took a bottle thinking between 3 of us it was only 1 large glass each.
It ended up as 2 bottles between 2 of us.I feel rather giddy :rotfl:

I beleive you entirely it was the fairies. If you've been watching the x-factor you'll have needed a glass or 2 to beleive the result.
Hope you enjoyed it - tomorrows another day!Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.0 -
hi all, what a busy lot you all are, haven't been on for a couple of days and it's up to 14 pages already, haven't had time to catch up so will do that tomorrow as it's very late now.
however I'm happy to report that I've lost 1lb this week so hopefully it will continue.
I'm off to bed now as I have to be up early in the morning nite allSealed pot challenge - member no:506

What are porridge pancakes?? they sound interesting.....:)
It's something I stole from the OS board. You soak a 250ml of oats with 375ml of milk overnight. Then beat in 1 egg and a heaped tablespoon of flour and cook as normal pncakes. I made mine with less milk so they were like scotch pancakes rather than 'normal' thin ones. You need to weigh the oats and flour so you can work out how many HEs and syns it is so a bit of faffing about but theyre quite tasty. would be nice with berries, sliced banana and yogurt for a 'posh' brekkie!!0 -
Oh, i forgot to say, I added sweetner and a drop or 2 of vanilla extract to the pancake batter too.
Morning all. It's a very cold drizzly morning here, I hope it clears up this afternoon a I'd like to go for a walk after work. Hopefully my new seat for my bike will arrive this week as the one on OH's bike that I use is far from comfortable!! Apparently us ladies are supposed to have special ones to protect our 'bits' so OH ordered me one the other day.
I'm going for a green day today:
Brekkie - porridge pancakes (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - HM soup, 4 crackerbread (4), 2 laughing cow light (how many syns are these?), yogurt, mixed berries
Tea - HM lasagne (HEA&B), sw chips, salad
Snacks - lots of fruit.
Have a good day everyone x0 -
Morning
My scales don't appear to be working:( So I am back on it as of today, but unfortunately I have no idea of my current weight.
My vbf is also back on plan as of today so we have agreed to txt each other constantly...we do pretty much anyway... to keep a check on what we are eating, hopefully this helps us to stay on the straight and narrow:)
I have actually meal planned for the first time ever, while doing SW, so very proud of myself:) I have even done a shopping list of ingredients! so I am really hoping this helps me to stay on track. I would love to lose a few more lbs before christmas.
Mel xUnless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
