Appalling sing off with Katie and TreyC, Katie said oh s*d it sat on stage shouting dont give up on meeeeeeeeeee (title of song), then wobbled off - in fact dermot almost had to push her off stage. Treyc sang a good dignified version of unbreak my heart, simon then first to vote says he' keeping katie as he thinks she is the act the public would most like to see again although there is no doubt treyc is the better singer, how he came to that conclusion is unclear seeing as the public dont vote for her and thats why she is in the bottom 2 every week. cheryl refused to vote next so dermot says it will go to majority, danni booted off katie and then louis followed his heart and kept katie weasel. Cheryl had already said bring it back to me at end and I'll go to deadlock. So now it seems that swearing, forgetting the words of a song and throwing a tantrum like a spoilt brat are what gets you through the sing off. Cost me 6 syns on a glass of wine in temper as well!
Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.

Fraid so - its elton john week next week so I guess she'll dress up as the lion king or something equally ridiculous. Interesting the beginning of the xtra factor that the rest of them all seemed a little shocked by the result and were keeping their distance from her. Treyc was robbed and I have an incredible urge to vote excessively for wagner to annoy simon!

    Hello everyone.
    Joining SW tonight - yippee!

Feeling really under the weather today though, as AF has started today, and I'm feeling very grotty with it, despite dosing myself on paracetamol. It's months like this I pray for an earlier menopause. On the plus side, I hope it makes me extra heavy for the 1st weigh in, and then I'll be feather-light for next week! ;)

Definitely not feeling like standing cooking, so struggling to motivate myself for food today:

    B - 2 small slices w/meal bread [HEB], & low fat spread [1.5 syns], banana & plum
    L - h/m soup
    D - BGTY sausages [3], potatoes & mixed veggies, gravy [2 syns?]

I'm not sure if I'll get to have dinner or not, as weigh in is at 6pm, and that's when I usually have dinner ready for. The meeting is until 7.45pm, so that's really late for me to eat. Might have a complete change of menu, and do a cooked lunch, and have soup for my tea? Makes more sense that way. I'll see how I feel.

Good luck with any WI's today.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home
