What an amazing difference MrsM - I can't beleive you still have 4st to go looking at that photo, don't get carried away by ideal weight/height etc, just what looks good on you.
Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.

    hi all

in previous thread, teecee46 and aliscrapper asked what I'd done to lose 4lb, thank your kind words but all I did was follow EE all week and ensure I had plenty to eat.
I went a bit mad last week and didn't eat as much SW stuff as I should and allowed myself some cheesecake and other stuff which I didn't bother sinning :naughty:
however I did lose 1lb but this week I am determined and shall lose more as I'm gonna do mainly EE and red days as I find my weight loss slows if I have too many green days.

    yesterday

    B - 2 weetabix (1HEB) 350ml skimmed milk (1HEA)
    satsuma, plum
L - 6 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs (using frylight), 2 slices nimble bread (1HEB)
tin of sardines in tom sauce (as a snack)
    T - steak, 6 large grilled mushrooms.

Syns - sugar (2) that was in coffee DD made for me, 37ml baileys (6) so in total 8 syns

    Today.

    B - 2 weetabix (1HEB) 350ml skimmed milk (1HEA)
L - salad of cucumber, chicken, pickled beetroot and mushrooms on 4 Ryvita dark rye.
Lots of hot beef bovril as it's cold here.
T - turkey, lots of veggies gravy poss yorkie puds.

will need to syn gravy yorkie puds and my baileys that I will be having tonight :D

looking back at that I think I defo need more fruit and veggies so will stock up when I go shopping tonight

congrats Mrs M you truely are a fantastic inspiration to those of us (like me) that have loads to lose

Fraid so - its elton john week next week so I guess she'll dress up as the lion king or something equally ridiculous. Interesting the beginning of the xtra factor that the rest of them all seemed a little shocked by the result and were keeping their distance from her. Treyc was robbed and I have an incredible urge to vote excessively for wagner to annoy simon!

I agree Treyc was robbed! I keep wanting to vote for Wagner to annoy Simmon too - but DH won't let me!!!:(
  • Cheers Gizmo! I didn't know where to begin!!!

I am begging everyone tho NOT to vote for Wagner - i dont think my sanity can take anymore :p :rotfl:..

mind you a choice between him and katie in the bottom 2... Wagner gets my vote everytime!! lol. :heart2::heart2::heart2:Matt to win!!:heart2::heart2::heart2: can't we excessively vote for Matt instead?? (my OH's friend used to play the same pubs as him!)

Dizzy - why dont you plug an Ambi-Pur up your bum? Lol. I'm sure hubby can't complain when wafts of springtime follow your every movement :rotfl: :rotfl:

DH loves Matt and votes for him every week. I love Matt too but am voting for Rebecca as her voice is amazing!:D

Is it really lumpy? I dont like baked beans or mushy peas becuase of the texture - would it be ok if I put it in the blender?

:T to MrsM - gosh what a difference!

Just back from work and the heating wasn't due to come on until 1700. Brrrr, it's chilly.... Am planning a big bowl of chicken noodle soup tonight though, so there'll be plenty of chilli in that to keep me warm.
