Slimming World - a Christmas countdown!

Hi everyone:wave:. I started my diet today and haven`t joined SW online yet, as I bought a disc containing a lot of the information from ebay, so I`m giving that a go first before deciding whether I need to join up properly. If that makes sense ?
I`m feeling off colour today though, fluey symptoms, so my appetite has gone and I`m not sure if that`s a blessing or not
I boobed on my HE as well, I thought I could have 125ml of semi-skimmed milk when actually I`m allowed 250ml, but to be honest I still have milk left and that`s after I used some to mash the potatoes with for tea, so I only had a 1/4 of what was used then as the potatoes were for all four of us. Does anyone know if I can `carry` my leftover milk to tomorrow and add it to tomorrow`s milk ? The way I feel at the moment, I think weetabix for breakfast softened with plenty of milk will be the only thing I will be able to swallow
Also I use Morrisons 1% fat milk, which has less fat than semi-skimmed (I think ) so is 250ml the correct `a` choice HE measure ?
I did choose 3 slices of WW brown danish bread as my `b` choice, but have only managed to eat one, due to the way I feel.
Today I have had .....
B/L 1 slice WW brown danish toasted, 1 egg fried in Frylight, mushrooms done in Frylight and 1/2 tsp brown sauce (1/2 syn ?)
1 apple
D Roast chicken, no skin etc, just breast meat. Mashed potatoes, done with milk from allowance, carrot and turnip mashed with margerine (2syns divided between four of us so 1/2 syn for me), garden peas and gravy made with stock cube and thickened with Bisto (5 heaped teaspoons = 5 syns, divided between four of us and lot left in the pan, so I reckon 1 syn for me)
So far I reckon I have had 2 syns if my working out is correct, but I plan to have 2 options hot chocolate sachets in a very large mug, made with hot water later to cheer myself up, so that will be another 4 syns.
I`ve made a huge pan of vegetable soup for tomorrow, but have to go with my son for an Orthodontist appointment at 11.30am and I know he will want chips or something for lunch afterwards, so I`ve boiled some eggs and am going to take myself an egg salad sandwich and a Mullerlight to make sure I`m not tempted to join him.
I just hope my being ill and the loss of appetite doesn`t get me off to a bad start with the diet, as I know you have to eat to lose weight and I can`t even manage my HE at the moment.0 -
Forgot to say I was doing Extra Easy as that seems to suit me best.0

I am trying to cut out bread for a few weeks to see if it makes a difference.
RYVITA CRACKERBREAD ORIGINAL.........200G ( ORANGE PACKET - RED WRITING)
and
RYVITA WHOLEGRAIN RYE AND SESAME SEEDS 250G (DARK ORANGY COLOUR PACKET)
Or is there other crispbread type things that are better.....been googling this all day and am just confused now.....
Ryvita crackerbread ORIGINALdo not contain enough fibre to be a HEB. They are 1 syn each.
However Ryvita Crackerbread - WHOLEGRAINare 6 for a HEB
Ryvita sesameare 4 for a HEB or 2 as a "speed" HEB.
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

asda delivery running very late and will come around 9pm 'hopefully' . have been working up til 5 mins ago (7.40 pm), am cold, starving hungry and can't be arsed to cook (was planning on SW oven chips and quorn chicken nuggets - not got any spuds in til delivery comes). have fallen victim to the bag of frozen wedges in the freezer. anyone know the syns in these?Asda southern wedges i think they are.
b: banana and FF yoghurt (of which i've run out  no yoghurt! asda better show up!!)
S: 2 alpen lights (B)
l: wholemeal roll (B) with 2 tsp vlf spread (2) and 40g LF cheese (A), 2 pears, satsuma and banana
s: highlights hot choc (2)
d: 8 quorn chicken nuggets (4) , oven chips (?)(and yes, no veg. I can't be arsed)
s: tortilla chips (lots, i'm sure)
altogether not a great day. snacky lunch because I was out and about, and 8 hours between lunch and dinner meant I was/am starving and don't give a monkeys about cooking a healthy balance meal. At least i recognise my own flaws0
